Fear

This episode is all about fear and how it shows up when we're painting. Jessica and Maryann dive into how common fear is, how to notice it and paint anyway, and tricks to side-step it. They talk about staying playful when you paint and trying not to focus on the outcome. Of course, talking about fear in painting leads to talking about all kind of ways fear shows up. Fun!
