Texas Democratic Senate nominee James Talarico has said that parents refusing to acknowledge a child’s gender identity could be considered “abusive,” and Michigan’s Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed remarked “hurt people hurt people,” following the attack on Temple Israel near Detroit. Pastor Allen believes these controversies reveal something deeper than politics. It’s a collision of worldviews. We have an assignment to understand the world through a biblical worldview and then have the courage to live out that worldview publicly.
