ABOUT THIS EPISODE
A teenager who'd failed math all year got an A on her final. The only thing that changed was one question about a memory she didn't know she had.
Susan Davis calls it releasing trapped emotions. After 23 years of hands-on healing work, three years running a suicide prevention program, and training under a neurosurgeon who spent decades studying energy medicine, she's built a method for finding the exact moment something got wired into the body, and unwiring it. Not through talk therapy. Through asking the body the right question and getting out of the way.
In this conversation, Susan and Dawn get into the birth memories that shape us before we can speak, the past-life patterns that show up as money problems and physical pain, and the line her mentor used to describe what one session with her is actually worth. She also walks through the at-home technique she teaches every client to practice before they need it, not after.
What you'll walk away with:
— The question Susan asks that gets even the most skeptical, left-brained client to finally see what's been running them
— Why nearly every session starts in the same place, and what she finds there
— A simple tapping technique you can start using today, before the next crisis hits
— What she no longer trusts about mainstream health advice, and where she looks instead

00:00:06.108 --> 00:00:08.019
What if healing looked nothing like you were taught?
00:00:08.589 --> 00:00:09.679
Welcome to All Within.
00:00:09.929 --> 00:00:19.039
I'm Dawn Elle Davis, and every episode I'm sitting down with the healers, the seekers, and the ones who found their way back to wholeness through roads you might not expect.
00:00:19.928 --> 00:00:24.158
Their stories, their modalities, and their hard-won wisdom.
00:00:24.189 --> 00:00:26.018
This is where healing gets real.
00:00:26.419 --> 00:00:28.179
Let's begin.
00:00:32.561 --> 00:00:33.332
Hello.
00:00:33.362 --> 00:00:37.841
I'm so excited to be back with you guys with another incredible guest.
00:00:39.072 --> 00:00:47.652
Davis today is who is with us, and Susan, I would love for you to share what you do and what you're all about in this beautiful world
00:00:48.969 --> 00:00:53.558
Well, I live in Florida, so it's nice and hot right now because that's the time of the year.
00:00:54.238 --> 00:01:08.668
my specialty is, releasing trapped emotions through a regression technique I named the Resolution Experience, because I'm all about resolving whatever it is you come to me with that is you're tired of repeating.
00:01:09.039 --> 00:01:11.718
So that's kind of in a nutshell what I do.
00:01:11.748 --> 00:01:16.218
I have a very deep background in other things that have come into play.
00:01:16.218 --> 00:01:19.709
Like I created a special healing yoga class.
00:01:20.009 --> 00:01:21.239
I use the bowls.
00:01:21.588 --> 00:01:22.429
I'm a musician.
00:01:22.429 --> 00:01:23.438
I play the piano.
00:01:23.868 --> 00:01:24.819
I taught dance.
00:01:24.819 --> 00:01:30.118
I had six government contracts teaching ballet, tap, and jazz and fitness around the world.
00:01:30.379 --> 00:01:33.379
So, I have an extensive background in leadership.
00:01:33.388 --> 00:01:43.888
My husband, retired, out of Fort Carson as the chief of staff, so we were taking care of 28,000 soldiers plus their family members, and it was all about quality of life.
00:01:44.188 --> 00:01:44.209
Wow.
00:01:44.349 --> 00:01:46.370
I love that you're very multifaceted.
00:01:46.418 --> 00:01:48.739
You have lots of, beautiful talents and things.
00:01:48.739 --> 00:01:50.420
I think that's wonderful.
00:01:50.780 --> 00:01:53.069
So you were overseas.
00:01:53.129 --> 00:01:55.510
Are you still living that military life, or was
00:01:55.525 --> 00:01:57.516
No, we retired a few years ago.
00:01:57.605 --> 00:02:04.296
towards the end of our career, two years before, I stopped counting at 163 memorials that I personally attended
00:02:05.445 --> 00:02:07.245
Oh, wow, Susan,
00:02:07.546 --> 00:02:12.288
So I unfortunately am fairly good at grief counseling, in a non-traditional way
00:02:13.433 --> 00:02:14.413
Oh my gosh.
00:02:14.454 --> 00:02:25.044
So what was that life like living on where, I'm assuming you were living on base and helping people go through the grief counseling, and were you doing the healing work then as well?
00:02:25.502 --> 00:02:27.632
I've been always involved in healing work.
00:02:27.692 --> 00:02:36.352
in that last assignment, the head of the psychiatric department snuck me in the back door of a couple clinics to work with our soldiers, with the techniques that I have
00:02:37.930 --> 00:02:39.620
Ooh, that's exciting.
00:02:39.669 --> 00:02:40.990
And how were they...
00:02:41.180 --> 00:02:42.277
were they open to it?
00:02:42.578 --> 00:02:42.907
Oh, yeah.
00:02:42.919 --> 00:02:44.210
a little nervous about it?
00:02:44.677 --> 00:02:49.427
Yeah, I had also taught an integrative, course as they returned from war when we were stationed in Hawaii.
00:02:49.777 --> 00:02:53.758
And, apparently they all really liked my class'cause I put them to sleep at the end
00:02:56.518 --> 00:02:57.877
Because it was so relaxing.
00:02:57.907 --> 00:02:58.866
Is it'cause it was meditation
00:02:59.165 --> 00:03:03.175
Because they were so stressed out that they needed to relax
00:03:04.108 --> 00:03:05.127
Oh my gosh.
00:03:05.127 --> 00:03:08.867
So tell me, how did you develop this process?
00:03:08.877 --> 00:03:10.448
How did this all start for you?
00:03:12.122 --> 00:03:22.252
Oh, we were stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, which is one of the largest, military installations in the world, and I was running a luncheon for, like, 1,200 women.
00:03:22.741 --> 00:03:23.092
And
00:03:23.391 --> 00:03:23.512
Welcome
00:03:23.711 --> 00:03:37.122
the end of the luncheon, I'm cleaning up and this girl runs up to me and she goes,"Oh my God, your aura is so big." And I'm like,"What's an aura?" I didn't even know what it was, you know?
00:03:37.459 --> 00:03:37.479
हम्म
00:03:37.942 --> 00:03:42.342
so that kind of, that's what jolted me into the process.
00:03:42.722 --> 00:03:53.491
And then we moved for the first time to Colorado, and I was walking in the bookstore, and this book literally jumped off the shelf, and it was called"The Third Eye" by, Lobsang Rampa.
00:03:53.872 --> 00:03:56.472
So that was another initiation into that.
00:03:56.481 --> 00:04:05.252
Then we moved to Hawaii, and my best friend that I have to this day, invited me to go to, an energy healing workshop certification for a year.
00:04:06.122 --> 00:04:07.581
So that's kind of how it started.
00:04:08.342 --> 00:04:08.812
Okay.
00:04:09.021 --> 00:04:13.092
Did you, before this, so it sounds like you didn't really know about auras.
00:04:13.151 --> 00:04:18.612
did you feel energy or use your intuition or anything like that before you started all this?
00:04:18.911 --> 00:04:20.771
I just didn't realize that I was doing it.
00:04:21.012 --> 00:04:27.831
I think a lot of us recognize that once we get into the field and, or, or around other associates and community that do it.
00:04:27.862 --> 00:04:42.242
But, yeah, I mean, I remember growing up and seeing fairies and, I grew up in New Mexico, and I was surrounded by Native Americans, which was very comforting to me, around the Zuni tribe, the Santo Domingo, the Hopi, and the Navajo.
00:04:43.041 --> 00:04:46.081
So it was very, I love the culture
00:04:46.999 --> 00:04:47.968
What was that like?
00:04:47.978 --> 00:04:52.899
'Cause I know they're probably much more earth-based and there's that reverence and sacredness for the land.
00:04:52.899 --> 00:04:56.399
when you said New Mexico, I was thinking that there's a lot of sacred land out there
00:04:57.180 --> 00:04:57.620
Yes.
00:04:57.649 --> 00:04:59.910
And just, they love Mother Earth.
00:04:59.959 --> 00:05:07.779
they love the water, and they love the environment, and they wanna take care of it, and they want all of us to take care of it, all of us humans.
00:05:08.029 --> 00:05:16.110
You know, we, we need to, pay attention to what, Mother Earth is giving us so that we can reciprocate in a good way
00:05:17.309 --> 00:05:18.569
Yes, for sure.
00:05:18.579 --> 00:05:19.759
I always feel so...
00:05:19.988 --> 00:05:22.798
I, I love being connected to the land.
00:05:22.798 --> 00:05:27.509
So you started off seeing fairies and growing up around these tribes,
00:05:27.843 --> 00:05:28.083
मम हम
00:05:28.959 --> 00:05:32.718
so you were seeing things already then, and then did you put it on pause, do you think?
00:05:32.718 --> 00:05:37.358
Or it was just more like your life was more practical in other ways using your intuition?
00:05:37.529 --> 00:05:43.459
I grew up outside of town, so I was out in nature a lot, so I think that helps keep me grounded.
00:05:43.480 --> 00:05:46.060
And, my mother started me early in school.
00:05:46.079 --> 00:05:47.339
I was adopted from birth.
00:05:47.470 --> 00:05:54.329
I was born in Montana, and, then we moved to New Mexico, and I just, loved being outside.
00:05:54.370 --> 00:05:55.449
We had animals.
00:05:55.470 --> 00:05:57.290
I thought I had a perfect childhood.
00:05:57.290 --> 00:06:05.170
I mean, even though I look back and as you get into adulthood, it's like we had a little bit of dysfunction, you know?
00:06:05.170 --> 00:06:06.279
Like everybody, right?
00:06:06.540 --> 00:06:12.829
I mean, my dad was an alcoholic, so we're always doing, inter-intervention for him.
00:06:13.180 --> 00:06:19.259
all those things help make me understand working with different people and where they're coming from.
00:06:19.870 --> 00:06:23.759
So I know it was all a gift, and I know that I prepared that before I was born.
00:06:24.120 --> 00:06:39.600
So you have to kind of look at everything, and that's, I think, a takeaway for your audience, is that once we stop blaming outside of us what's happening right now, then we're making change for ourselves, right?
00:06:39.899 --> 00:06:59.290
I think it's so important'cause I meet a lot of people, over the years with my client base where they're still blaming mom and dad, or they're still blaming the perpetrator of something, and I understand how difficult it is, but also it keeps them looping in the past and repeating and staying in that energetic wound.
00:06:59.689 --> 00:07:06.610
And so yeah, I think that it's really important to try and let that go and not be blaming.
00:07:07.420 --> 00:07:11.560
So with the emotional release, is that what you called it,
00:07:11.639 --> 00:07:13.819
It's releasing trapped emotions,
00:07:14.091 --> 00:07:15.500
Releasing trapped emotions.
00:07:16.220 --> 00:07:16.920
Emotions
00:07:17.560 --> 00:07:19.401
unconscious, that is the key word.
00:07:19.420 --> 00:07:32.310
So tell me a little bit about this because we, I know everybody has, I think everybody has a little dysfunction in their families, but it's like we grow up and we don't even realize half the time that these emotions are running us.
00:07:32.321 --> 00:07:34.831
So how did you start to develop this?
00:07:36.017 --> 00:07:40.338
Well, I went to a seminary and, learned a lot of the background that I'm teaching from.
00:07:40.348 --> 00:07:41.648
My mentor was, Dr.
00:07:41.648 --> 00:07:44.088
Norm Shealy, PhD, MD neurosurgeon.
00:07:44.098 --> 00:07:49.687
So everything I teach cognitively comes from his over 40 years of peer-reviewed research.
00:07:49.997 --> 00:08:01.668
a lot of his stuff came from Russia, so he would go to Russia a lot and bring back, technology, protocols, things like that, that we haven't been utilizing here in the United States.
00:08:02.067 --> 00:08:06.577
So he has a protocol that, eliminates depression 80% of the time.
00:08:06.918 --> 00:08:08.728
That's better than any, antidepressant.
00:08:09.267 --> 00:08:14.557
And he always used to say,"How many people, Susan, do you know on an antidepressant who are happy?"
00:08:16.519 --> 00:08:17.408
Oh my gosh.
00:08:17.795 --> 00:08:18.014
So,
00:08:18.538 --> 00:08:19.218
Not many.
00:08:19.855 --> 00:08:20.956
no, no.
00:08:20.999 --> 00:08:21.255
Yeah.
00:08:22.168 --> 00:08:22.879
And what was...
00:08:22.899 --> 00:08:23.918
I'm so curious.
00:08:23.928 --> 00:08:25.238
Can you share what that protocol
00:08:25.279 --> 00:08:25.399
Oh, sure.
00:08:25.600 --> 00:08:29.449
Yeah, it's the List CES, which is a cranial electrical stimulator.
00:08:29.850 --> 00:08:45.960
So you wear that, right here for, about a 45 minutes to an hour in the morning, and then, you put on magnesium lotion twice a day all over your body, and then you wear the RelaxMate 2 at night, which is a color therapy.
00:08:46.799 --> 00:08:55.679
So he created the RelaxMate 2, which was bought out by Fisher Wallace, and they're using it for research for bipolar, and of course it takes care of the depression part.
00:08:56.129 --> 00:09:00.039
so they're using it for that because that's the research behind it.
00:09:00.669 --> 00:09:04.230
everyone, according to his research, is magnesium deficient.
00:09:04.419 --> 00:09:11.100
So in order for you to get the magnesium into your body, your body is so intelligent it can heal itself.
00:09:11.450 --> 00:09:16.110
So we, just have to have a little bit of knowledge on how to help it and work with that.
00:09:16.120 --> 00:09:19.669
So you do the List CES, for an hour in the morning.
00:09:20.230 --> 00:09:33.940
You do the RelaxMate 2, which is, the light therapy, and for him to get past the FDA, he had to have a red and a blue light, so you click it up until it becomes purple,'cause he couldn't put just a purple one on there.
00:09:33.940 --> 00:09:36.419
It was against the FDA rules.
00:09:36.740 --> 00:09:40.149
And then you wear that, and then you do the magnesium for 10 days.
00:09:41.360 --> 00:09:47.779
And his follow-up, research showed that 80% of them recovered from depression
00:09:48.904 --> 00:09:49.804
Oh my gosh.
00:09:49.835 --> 00:09:53.585
So is this something that's accessible for the general public to use?
00:09:53.950 --> 00:09:54.159
Sure.
00:09:54.929 --> 00:09:58.419
You just have to find out where, who's selling it,'cause he's no longer with us.
00:09:58.419 --> 00:10:03.500
But, I know Fisher Wallace has the glasses, and they've started selling them for jet lag,
00:10:04.500 --> 00:10:04.779
Okay
00:10:05.080 --> 00:10:08.649
to wear for jet lag, and it just resets your body
00:10:09.619 --> 00:10:20.198
my mom has dealt with depression her whole life, so I grew up with her, having terrible bouts of depression, and she'll call it, her down.
00:10:20.229 --> 00:10:21.418
So she'll just be down.
00:10:21.428 --> 00:10:22.469
She's, like, on the couch.
00:10:22.479 --> 00:10:24.038
She can't deal with things.
00:10:24.048 --> 00:10:25.519
she just can't function.
00:10:25.928 --> 00:10:34.078
And been taking antidepressants for as long as I can remember, since she was, I believe, in her 30s maybe.
00:10:34.504 --> 00:10:35.166
उम्।
00:10:36.099 --> 00:10:51.668
so she's in her 70s, and all the time she tells me, she's like,"Oh, my antidepressant stopped working." And with my mom, she's one of the reasons I was inspired to be a healer, but she has trauma that she has not really been able to work through and deal with.
00:10:52.168 --> 00:11:06.578
But watching her be on the antidepressants and hear her say,"Oh, they're not working anymore, I have to switch up my medication," because they'll last for, maybe, a couple years or something it'll work, and then all of a sudden she'll be like,"Nope, this isn't happening anymore." So that is so fascinating.
00:11:06.578 --> 00:11:08.249
I'll have to do a little research on that.
00:11:08.259 --> 00:11:11.009
So you were studying, so you said he was a neuroscientist?
00:11:11.308 --> 00:11:12.399
he's a neurosurgeon.
00:11:12.903 --> 00:11:13.764
Neurosurgeon.
00:11:13.899 --> 00:11:20.859
So he practiced for 15 years in traditional Western medicine, and then he moved out of it into holistic medicine
00:11:21.755 --> 00:11:22.285
Okay.
00:11:22.285 --> 00:11:27.306
And so you started training under him, and what was it that you were learning and training with him?
00:11:27.414 --> 00:11:29.485
Well, he's the one that had the seminary.
00:11:29.654 --> 00:11:33.804
He created a seminary for us to attend to learn energy medicine.
00:11:33.804 --> 00:11:37.394
So I have a graduate degree in energy medicine, transpersonal psychology
00:11:38.159 --> 00:11:39.250
That is so cool.
00:11:39.250 --> 00:11:42.590
is that what started you on this path of creating this modality?
00:11:43.205 --> 00:11:43.575
Yes
00:11:44.844 --> 00:11:48.604
And what were some of the biggest takeaways that you learned in that seminary?
00:11:49.623 --> 00:11:56.333
Well, I remember one of his best friends was a PhD psychologist, and he came in and taught us, a past life regression therapy, okay?
00:11:56.634 --> 00:11:56.764
Mm-hmm
00:11:56.802 --> 00:11:59.413
I took my girlfriend with me, and we were sharing a hotel together.
00:11:59.633 --> 00:12:05.923
And the first day, after the first day, and it was like a four or five-day workshop, I said,"I can do this already.
00:12:06.173 --> 00:12:09.682
Let me do it with you right now." So I did it right there.
00:12:09.732 --> 00:12:11.062
It was, like, natural for me.
00:12:11.607 --> 00:12:12.378
Mm-hmm
00:12:12.677 --> 00:12:16.302
And she goes,"Oh my God, Susan, you're really good at this." I'm like,"Yeah, I like this."
00:12:18.025 --> 00:12:20.306
so she was the first person you took through this regression.
00:12:20.405 --> 00:12:23.326
Now that's a part, is that part of your current modality that you
00:12:23.802 --> 00:12:24.013
Oh, yeah.
00:12:24.572 --> 00:12:27.472
I mean, it's definitely not a cookie cutter, and that's why it works.
00:12:27.493 --> 00:12:29.602
I've helped people be pregnant.
00:12:29.602 --> 00:12:31.062
I've helped people not be pregnant.
00:12:31.082 --> 00:12:32.783
I've helped people get out of wheelchairs.
00:12:32.802 --> 00:12:34.342
I've helped people stop smoking.
00:12:34.633 --> 00:12:36.702
I've helped people create abundance.
00:12:36.932 --> 00:12:42.263
I mean, there's all kinds of things that have happened, and some things I don't know about because, I, it...
00:12:42.273 --> 00:12:44.763
The point is, is you don't need to be keep re- working with me.
00:12:44.932 --> 00:12:47.253
Maybe you might need a tune-up in a year or something.
00:12:47.472 --> 00:13:07.423
It's not traditional therapy, and I do have a certification that I teach, which is a 35-hour certification, So she was taking the certification, and so when I have traditional therapists, I have to tell them not to project because in their training, no one tells them that.
00:13:07.432 --> 00:13:14.812
So they're like, in, a traditional therapist, for example, may say,"Well, aren't you mad at your dad for doing that?" That's projecting.
00:13:15.768 --> 00:13:16.788
Yes.
00:13:17.173 --> 00:13:17.562
so
00:13:17.717 --> 00:13:18.038
it is
00:13:18.123 --> 00:13:19.572
because they haven't done their own work
00:13:21.389 --> 00:13:28.039
So when it comes, I'm curious because this is an interesting distinction, I think, for our listeners.
00:13:28.899 --> 00:13:54.500
Therapy has its, its place, and it's wonderful, and it sounds like you're doing something a little bit different, but you understand the therapeutic, process and the projection that you're talking about, and also I think sometimes having to sit in therapy for years and you're saying, you know,"Maybe you'll see me," I don't know how many times people will see you, but you're saying it's, it's not meant to be seeing you all the time.
00:13:55.169 --> 00:13:59.830
I'm just so curious, like, your thoughts on all that, like the difference between the therapeutic model and what you're doing.
00:14:00.534 --> 00:14:12.934
So Norm Shealy, my mentor and professor, the neurosurgeon, had me on his website, and he would tell people,"If you have one session with Susan, it's valued at seven years of traditional therapy."
00:14:15.091 --> 00:14:17.751
Well, well, well, that is impressive, Susan.
00:14:18.006 --> 00:14:19.706
That was a nice little kudo from him.
00:14:20.292 --> 00:14:20.876
Yes.
00:14:21.676 --> 00:14:24.166
so what do you think the main difference was?
00:14:24.166 --> 00:14:26.615
Is it that you're working on the energetic level?
00:14:26.666 --> 00:14:29.566
for our listeners that don't know about your process, like what you're doing
00:14:29.865 --> 00:14:38.836
well, first of all, I'm very empathic, intuitive, and psychic, and so I use those assets to ask the right question in the session.
00:14:39.265 --> 00:14:39.865
उहं
00:14:40.166 --> 00:14:51.645
so when a person starts to work with me, then we set up a time and I do an intake just to get permission to be in their energy, because you need permission to work with people's energy.
00:14:52.005 --> 00:14:53.645
And then, it's very easy.
00:14:53.696 --> 00:14:54.916
the body is a roadmap.
00:14:55.525 --> 00:15:02.729
So if you're, if you work with me one time, your body will tell you when you need to work with me again, because
00:15:03.028 --> 00:15:03.038
Ah.
00:15:03.206 --> 00:15:04.125
that's the way it works.
00:15:04.186 --> 00:15:13.206
And I say,"Just text me," because when you work with me, I'm on your schedule, So you have a session, and then three days later, your right knee is hurting.
00:15:13.765 --> 00:15:19.245
I wanna know if your right knee is hurting because it's gonna take us somewhere to release the trapped emotion
00:15:20.441 --> 00:15:21.461
Okay.
00:15:22.171 --> 00:15:26.961
so do most people that come to see you, is it through physical pain, or is it just they wanna change their lives?
00:15:26.961 --> 00:15:28.490
I'm sure it's a little bit of both, but
00:15:28.519 --> 00:15:28.970
All of it.
00:15:29.650 --> 00:15:29.940
Yes.
00:15:29.951 --> 00:15:30.140
of it.
00:15:30.150 --> 00:15:30.171
Yeah.
00:15:30.240 --> 00:15:31.480
You're like,"All of the above."
00:15:31.779 --> 00:15:32.090
Mm-hmm
00:15:32.091 --> 00:15:34.270
And so what is a typical session?
00:15:34.280 --> 00:15:39.400
I know you probably do it a little different for each person, but what does a typical session consist of?
00:15:40.053 --> 00:15:45.543
Well, because I also have a fitness and health background, I'm always asking to see what your lifestyle is.
00:15:45.864 --> 00:15:50.453
the most important thing, because my whole background is energy, is based on frequency.
00:15:50.864 --> 00:15:52.974
And I'm talking about hertz, okay?
00:15:52.974 --> 00:15:56.884
Not how many times you're doing something, but at your level of vibration.
00:15:57.203 --> 00:16:01.984
So I need to know what you're doing to keep your vibration high.
00:16:02.283 --> 00:16:08.734
So if you're angry, frustrated, sad, you know, those are all lower vibration emotions.
00:16:09.293 --> 00:16:14.614
So we've got to counteract that, and the best way to do that is with your right brain.
00:16:15.323 --> 00:16:20.764
The right brain is your creative aspect, and most of us are way out of balance.
00:16:20.764 --> 00:16:21.764
We're all left-brained.
00:16:21.844 --> 00:16:24.004
we're going through traditional education.
00:16:24.283 --> 00:16:28.293
We're doing all the things that society has implemented for us.
00:16:28.744 --> 00:16:35.014
But if you're not doing something creative, then you are definitely out of balance, and it's contributing to the self-sabotage
00:16:35.914 --> 00:16:41.815
So how do you get peop- what, what do you suggest to people typically to get moving their bodies or to pick
00:16:41.937 --> 00:16:48.508
Well, of course, I always want everybody to move their bodies, but basically I'm asking you to tell me what you love to do.
00:16:49.087 --> 00:16:50.447
What makes you happy?
00:16:50.807 --> 00:16:55.687
And I'm telling you, 95% of the time people can't answer that question
00:16:56.524 --> 00:16:58.985
I agree with you 100%.
00:16:59.024 --> 00:17:06.035
when you were just saying it, I was thinking in my head, ask people that question all the time, and I get blank stares sometimes.
00:17:06.413 --> 00:17:06.703
And that
00:17:06.714 --> 00:17:07.214
at me and they're like,
00:17:07.713 --> 00:17:14.273
we're here to remind them to be in a higher vibration through creativity.
00:17:15.044 --> 00:17:21.574
So each person has, I said,"Tell me what last time that you did something that made you happy." Okay?
00:17:21.834 --> 00:17:22.814
And whatever it is.
00:17:22.894 --> 00:17:23.903
Maybe it's swimming.
00:17:24.163 --> 00:17:25.403
Maybe it's, painting.
00:17:26.064 --> 00:17:27.183
Maybe it's writing.
00:17:27.503 --> 00:17:34.423
I mean, we've gotta rediscover that, and then that's the go-to thing when you notice your vibration dropping.
00:17:35.419 --> 00:17:36.128
Okay.
00:17:36.334 --> 00:17:43.124
And so my suggestion is that you plan to do that thing every day for 20 minutes
00:17:44.742 --> 00:17:45.633
Oh, wow.
00:17:45.903 --> 00:17:46.506
Okay.
00:17:46.806 --> 00:17:48.645
So you're changing the cycle
00:17:49.553 --> 00:18:01.633
So you're changing the cycle so that the dominant thoughts are not the negative ones that are oppressing you, but moving into more of that right brain creativity, fun, joy.
00:18:02.012 --> 00:18:10.633
And then do you feel like from that place, people are more open to receive shift into whatever the healing is?
00:18:10.643 --> 00:18:12.222
Or how does that work?
00:18:14.221 --> 00:18:16.382
So I might say something controversial here.
00:18:17.174 --> 00:18:17.724
Please
00:18:18.075 --> 00:18:21.454
while we were in Colorado, I worked for three years for suicide prevention.
00:18:21.924 --> 00:18:24.964
at that time, Colorado was number two in the nation for suicide.
00:18:25.694 --> 00:18:34.994
And what I found, in that process, because we had a group which was mostly girls, a cutting group, girls that were cutting themselves.
00:18:35.585 --> 00:18:36.224
Okay
00:18:36.805 --> 00:18:42.154
what I discovered was that all of them had been born by cesarean birth
00:18:43.355 --> 00:18:44.434
Really?
00:18:44.734 --> 00:18:52.626
So the message is, the unconscious program that's running is, in order to feel alive, I must be cut
00:18:55.441 --> 00:18:56.911
Oh, I have goosebumps.
00:18:57.590 --> 00:18:58.490
So we need to delete it
00:18:59.404 --> 00:19:16.020
So do you think that'cause I had two daughters cesarean, w- emergency cesarean sections, and so is it typical that, is there other things happening that contribute to that, that make them go in that direction, I'm assuming?
00:19:16.320 --> 00:19:16.681
Yes
00:19:16.980 --> 00:19:18.941
a fascinating thought to think...
00:19:18.990 --> 00:19:23.076
I never even considered how that could impact.
00:19:23.376 --> 00:19:27.757
So there's no blaming on the mother's fault here, so let's clear that up, okay?
00:19:28.037 --> 00:19:30.346
So I believe everything happens for a reason.
00:19:30.797 --> 00:19:37.386
so my best thing would be, first of all, if it's an emergency, that's the other thing.
00:19:37.426 --> 00:19:41.537
most of them have anxiety because their life is an emergency
00:19:45.181 --> 00:19:47.361
Oh my gosh, I'm gonna have to send my daughters to you, Susan.
00:19:48.184 --> 00:19:51.315
Well, the youngest I've ever worked with was seven over the phone,
00:19:51.345 --> 00:19:51.694
my
00:19:52.144 --> 00:19:53.625
and it only took 30 minutes
00:19:54.365 --> 00:19:55.065
wow.
00:19:55.674 --> 00:20:03.545
So running a program that is before they can even speak, right?
00:20:04.394 --> 00:20:07.744
it's embedded in their consciousness is what you're saying,
00:20:08.451 --> 00:20:08.851
Correct.
00:20:08.881 --> 00:20:12.851
Because when we're in the womb, we are being hypnotized.
00:20:13.345 --> 00:20:13.714
Yep.
00:20:14.361 --> 00:20:22.520
And so we, I go to the birth and we go through the birth and we get all the emotions that are trapped and release them
00:20:23.990 --> 00:20:28.010
And now is that something that you typically do for each session, or is it when it's
00:20:28.310 --> 00:20:38.161
I usually start, I mean, it depends on the individual, but normally I will start with the birth because we get so much done in the birth, and I have a lot of clients who are from all over the world.
00:20:38.611 --> 00:20:42.701
So when I work with a client, like my most recent client, is from Brazil.
00:20:43.270 --> 00:20:50.050
So when she processes the unconscious programs, I have her do it in her mother's language, so it's Portuguese.
00:20:50.911 --> 00:20:53.330
Because the language has a frequency
00:20:54.359 --> 00:20:55.630
Mm.
00:20:56.700 --> 00:20:59.630
what if somebody has a hard time remembering their birth?
00:20:59.920 --> 00:21:00.720
Does that matter?
00:21:01.048 --> 00:21:01.558
You don't forget.
00:21:01.558 --> 00:21:03.469
you remember exactly what you're supposed to remember.
00:21:04.058 --> 00:21:06.078
Your body is a recorder.
00:21:06.169 --> 00:21:08.469
It's been recording everything since your existence.
00:21:08.608 --> 00:21:13.628
So I am the one that's asking the question to let you figure out the answer
00:21:14.153 --> 00:21:24.003
I find it fascinating that our brainwaves are in delta for the first couple years, which is that real sleepy state, and we're just recording everything.
00:21:24.003 --> 00:21:24.703
And then what is it?
00:21:24.743 --> 00:21:28.824
I think it goes into theta after that, and then it starts to evolve out of that.
00:21:28.824 --> 00:21:41.394
But yeah, everything's recorded, and that's why those years from zero to seven are so profound because they hold all of our foundation of how we're gonna be interacting with our environment and our world.
00:21:41.413 --> 00:21:43.864
But most people don't remember a lot of it.
00:21:44.732 --> 00:21:46.992
Well, no, because we were programmed to forget
00:21:48.059 --> 00:21:49.640
Yeah, that's a good way to say it.
00:21:49.730 --> 00:21:51.130
Yeah, that's so true.
00:21:51.960 --> 00:22:00.789
when you're doing this, have you taken people past the womb into their past lives or how does that work?
00:22:01.530 --> 00:22:07.780
Well, it depends again on the intake, what your belief system is, because usually it's the belief system that's holding everything up.
00:22:08.526 --> 00:22:08.965
Yep
00:22:09.101 --> 00:22:13.201
we're going in to demolish the belief system, bulldozer style.
00:22:13.500 --> 00:22:16.490
So I need to find out, do you believe in reincarnation?
00:22:16.901 --> 00:22:17.330
No.
00:22:17.381 --> 00:22:17.780
Okay.
00:22:17.820 --> 00:22:18.330
That's okay.
00:22:18.461 --> 00:22:19.901
Where did you get your brown eyes?
00:22:20.090 --> 00:22:21.010
My great-grandmother.
00:22:21.320 --> 00:22:21.631
Okay.
00:22:21.631 --> 00:22:22.530
Well, let's go look at that.
00:22:23.280 --> 00:22:23.520
Okay?
00:22:23.520 --> 00:22:25.361
So we can do it through the DNA.
00:22:25.580 --> 00:22:27.871
Whatever your mindset is, I can meet you there
00:22:29.130 --> 00:22:30.250
Interesting.
00:22:31.029 --> 00:22:34.210
it makes it comfortable for the person that's experiencing it.
00:22:34.289 --> 00:22:36.359
It keeps them in that open-minded state.
00:22:36.990 --> 00:22:46.049
And so when people are going back, have you found that the emotions not only are trapped from this lifetime, but sometimes are they trapped in other lifetimes?
00:22:46.349 --> 00:22:46.845
Absolutely.
00:22:48.025 --> 00:22:48.394
All of them.
00:22:48.554 --> 00:22:48.753
I'm,
00:22:49.054 --> 00:22:49.454
All of them
00:22:50.243 --> 00:22:55.114
I'm just so curious because I love this stuff and I do similar work, but probably in a different way.
00:22:56.344 --> 00:23:06.814
For our listeners, I think it'd be really fun for them to hear, maybe an experience you had with somebody where you were able to take them back or, a profound experience with a certain client
00:23:07.163 --> 00:23:13.903
So, one of my really good friends was another yoga instructor, and, she was having, some issues with her 14-year-old.
00:23:14.394 --> 00:23:19.423
And so she asked me, what I did, and she wanted to make sure I knew she was a Christian.
00:23:19.703 --> 00:23:26.173
I said,"No problem." So she had a session first to see what I was doing so that she would feel comfortable.
00:23:26.433 --> 00:23:32.874
And so then I I worked with her daughter the first time on anger.
00:23:33.253 --> 00:23:36.324
and that came from being adopted.
00:23:37.433 --> 00:23:44.023
And so she was angry that her mother, the birth mother, let her go, but then she realized that she chose the mother that she had.
00:23:44.973 --> 00:23:47.634
So that was in the session because it was an unconscious memory.
00:23:48.233 --> 00:23:54.584
But then she called me like maybe six or seven months later, and she said,"Can you help my daughter with her mathematics?
00:23:54.584 --> 00:23:59.473
She's failing mathematics." I said,"Sure." So, this is when I had an office.
00:23:59.483 --> 00:24:08.953
So she came in, and I said,"Well, what's the feeling?" And she goes,"Well, I feel like I know all the answers, but then I take the test, and I just fail." I said,"Well, take that feeling.
00:24:08.953 --> 00:24:11.903
Where is it at?" And so she told me where it was in her body.
00:24:11.943 --> 00:24:25.413
I don't remember, but I said,"Follow the feeling back into time to the point of origination." So she went there, and she goes,"I can't understand what they're saying." And she's doing this with her eyes open with me.
00:24:25.703 --> 00:24:27.523
She's like this, okay?
00:24:27.703 --> 00:24:28.604
kids are awesome.
00:24:28.973 --> 00:24:32.644
And so, I said,"Well, your unconscious mind knows what the language is.
00:24:32.644 --> 00:24:42.844
What is it?" She goes,"Polish." And I said,"Well, what are they saying?" And she goes, is mathematics involved in nuclear energy?" I think that was her question to me.
00:24:43.054 --> 00:24:43.743
I said,"Yes.
00:24:43.794 --> 00:24:43.963
What's,
00:24:44.051 --> 00:24:44.142
God
00:24:44.544 --> 00:25:00.263
what's going on?" And she said,"They want this woman to, to create this, this thing with nuclear energy, and she is refusing." And I said,"Well, what happens to her?" She goes,"They take her out and shoot her.
00:25:01.814 --> 00:25:06.413
So in order to stay alive, I must not do well in mathematics."
00:25:07.506 --> 00:25:09.236
Oh, wow
00:25:09.895 --> 00:25:10.635
Deleted it.
00:25:11.236 --> 00:25:15.605
She sent me a text message, she'd been failing all year long, the final she got an A
00:25:16.935 --> 00:25:20.685
that is so, such a practical application for this work.
00:25:20.695 --> 00:25:29.276
I love that'cause I think a lot of people think of past life stuff, they have this assumption that it's just entertainment, and it's not.
00:25:29.316 --> 00:25:29.566
It
00:25:29.607 --> 00:25:30.738
I don't do it for entertainment
00:25:31.076 --> 00:25:31.496
Yeah.
00:25:31.625 --> 00:25:35.655
I totally get that, but I think a lot of people think,"Oh, I just wanna hear what my past lives are.
00:25:35.685 --> 00:25:51.026
I just wanna go see what this is." And I always say to people, past lives come up when there's a tie that's binding you in this lifetime that needs to be cleared, but it's not necessary to go searching through, just any old random past life.
00:25:51.026 --> 00:25:54.625
I don't know how you feel about that, but that's always my premise with that stuff
00:25:55.327 --> 00:26:02.157
I really don't have anybody asking me that for entertainment because I let the universe know that I don't want those people
00:26:02.880 --> 00:26:05.769
You're like,"Do not send those people to me."
00:26:06.119 --> 00:26:09.269
I want complete resolution and I want to affect my community
00:26:10.037 --> 00:26:13.007
I know you were saying earlier that you like to work with the leaders.
00:26:13.346 --> 00:26:22.497
So when these leaders are coming to you, are they coming with very practical things like the mathematic thing, or is it everything across the board and they just need help clearing that block?
00:26:23.365 --> 00:26:24.465
It could be anything.
00:26:24.476 --> 00:26:29.046
I think I work a lot with relationships, but they're still tied to other emotions.
00:26:29.415 --> 00:26:39.246
if a relationship is not going well, you're frustrated, you're sad, you're angry, you're overwhelmed, all those emotions go to different things in your cellular memory.
00:26:39.911 --> 00:26:40.631
हम्म हम्म।
00:26:40.931 --> 00:26:47.185
looking for the emotion that keeps popping up, and in the middle of the session, another emotion can pop up, and it'll send us on another way.
00:26:47.925 --> 00:26:48.605
It's pretty cool.
00:26:49.016 --> 00:26:53.965
I never get bored doing this because there's never been an identical session ever
00:26:54.266 --> 00:27:01.695
So once you identify the process of taking them back, are they in a hypnotic state, or are they just in a more just relaxed space?
00:27:01.887 --> 00:27:03.268
No, they're just cognitive.
00:27:04.086 --> 00:27:04.546
Okay.
00:27:04.857 --> 00:27:08.498
So I really like the challenging people that are very left-brained.
00:27:08.657 --> 00:27:10.137
I love the left-brained people.
00:27:10.448 --> 00:27:12.627
They're like, I can't do this." yeah, you can.
00:27:13.137 --> 00:27:13.468
You know?
00:27:13.498 --> 00:27:15.057
your body has all the answers.
00:27:15.298 --> 00:27:26.557
This is you going into your computer and deleting all those tabs that are up that are running and making you tired and frustrated and angry, and we're going in and we're clicking them out one at a time
00:27:27.670 --> 00:27:29.000
That's a perfect analogy.
00:27:29.009 --> 00:27:36.339
So when you're clicking it off, and then when it comes to landing on the thing that's...
00:27:36.359 --> 00:27:40.779
Maybe it's the memory, how are you moving that out of the body?
00:27:40.779 --> 00:27:45.190
Is it just through awareness and seeing it, or is there a deeper process?
00:27:45.895 --> 00:27:46.905
No, it's pretty simple.
00:27:46.945 --> 00:27:48.726
I mean, but you have to see it.
00:27:49.125 --> 00:27:50.316
I mean, I'm already there.
00:27:50.336 --> 00:27:51.076
I see it.
00:27:51.645 --> 00:27:52.806
But I can't tell you.
00:27:52.806 --> 00:27:55.836
I have to ask the question to get you to see it.
00:27:56.066 --> 00:27:58.615
Otherwise, I'm projecting like those traditional therapists
00:28:00.448 --> 00:28:05.208
So when somebody gets stuck and is like,"I can't see, I can't do it.
00:28:05.208 --> 00:28:06.862
I'm not getting the information."
00:28:07.162 --> 00:28:08.071
into the body.
00:28:09.321 --> 00:28:15.632
So if they say,"I can't see anything." I say,"What's on your feet?" Get into the body
00:28:16.397 --> 00:28:17.238
Yeah.
00:28:17.743 --> 00:28:18.624
What's the smell?
00:28:18.773 --> 00:28:19.364
Is it hot?
00:28:19.384 --> 00:28:20.084
Is it cold?
00:28:20.903 --> 00:28:24.844
You gotta get into the body, and then the body has all the answers.
00:28:25.423 --> 00:28:27.364
I figured out I just have to get them in their body.
00:28:28.193 --> 00:28:28.624
That's all
00:28:29.509 --> 00:28:32.589
I remember one time years ago doing...
00:28:33.019 --> 00:28:46.900
I'm sure you're very familiar with Brian Weiss, Many Lives, Many Masters, and I happened to go to an event where he was doing a meditation, I was going back, and that was one of the questions.
00:28:46.910 --> 00:28:48.660
It's like, what is on your feet?
00:28:49.430 --> 00:28:50.569
that was a way to kinda...
00:28:50.569 --> 00:28:58.880
And I remember that, getting us out of the analytical brain and just looking around at the environment and, feeling, what's happening, and I always thought that was so cool.
00:28:58.940 --> 00:29:06.069
so with these trapped emotions, when somebody, obviously with that mathematics story with that girl, I mean, it was instantaneous.
00:29:06.069 --> 00:29:08.430
Like, she's getting A's and doing well.
00:29:08.460 --> 00:29:16.250
And so when it comes to, money for instance or abundance, are people seeing shifts once their emotional block is moved?
00:29:16.776 --> 00:29:17.326
Oh, yeah.
00:29:17.375 --> 00:29:30.326
I mean, a lot of times it s- it sounds crazy, but they go to an experience where they had a lot of money, and they did things with it that wasn't good for the community, okay?
00:29:30.326 --> 00:29:34.715
And then they ended up being murdered or something like that, okay?
00:29:34.715 --> 00:29:35.895
So that's hypothetical.
00:29:35.895 --> 00:29:37.685
That's has happened in sessions before.
00:29:37.895 --> 00:29:43.246
But then the, the, the body is saying,"In order to stay alive, I can't have any money."
00:29:44.453 --> 00:29:45.163
Yeah
00:29:45.352 --> 00:29:47.721
I mean, it's all-- it-- that's just the one session.
00:29:47.922 --> 00:29:50.182
it's different and unique for every single person.
00:29:50.491 --> 00:29:57.862
But, a lot of times you wouldn't imagine that the reason you don't have money now is because when you had it, you were murdered
00:29:58.678 --> 00:29:59.127
Yeah.
00:29:59.498 --> 00:29:59.917
Yeah.
00:30:00.663 --> 00:30:02.503
And it doesn't have to be you that were murdered.
00:30:02.544 --> 00:30:04.743
Maybe it was a great-great-great-grandmother.
00:30:05.769 --> 00:30:06.413
हम्म,
00:30:07.009 --> 00:30:13.739
So however you wanna look at how we're going into the DNA, it's fine with me because we're just going in to find the answers
00:30:15.872 --> 00:30:16.122
Well, cool.
00:30:16.162 --> 00:30:20.102
And so when, is there a reprogramming or integration process?
00:30:20.112 --> 00:30:24.781
Like once somebody's done with a session, do you say,"Okay, stay in that right brain for a while
00:30:25.082 --> 00:30:25.481
They have,
00:30:25.523 --> 00:30:25.773
or
00:30:25.832 --> 00:30:29.791
they have to commit to changing their lifestyle.
00:30:30.902 --> 00:30:31.162
Yes.
00:30:31.461 --> 00:30:31.682
Okay?
00:30:31.682 --> 00:30:32.672
it's a triage.
00:30:32.692 --> 00:30:37.721
You can't just do one thing and expect everything else to change.
00:30:37.902 --> 00:30:42.281
You have got to decide that,"Yes, I'm gonna go walking for 20 minutes.
00:30:42.491 --> 00:30:46.461
Yes, I'm gonna paint or draw or sketch for 20 minutes.
00:30:46.932 --> 00:30:53.662
I'm gonna look at what I'm putting into my body," whether it's food or music or, video or social media.
00:30:53.662 --> 00:30:56.892
what are you putting into your body that's helping you?
00:30:58.025 --> 00:30:58.515
Mm-hmm
00:30:58.622 --> 00:31:03.412
if you're thinking about the past and worrying about the future, you are not in the eternal now moment.
00:31:04.662 --> 00:31:08.182
We are all supposed to be practicing living in the now moment.
00:31:08.892 --> 00:31:11.461
The best way you can do that is focus on your breath
00:31:13.333 --> 00:31:15.262
It always brings you back to this moment.
00:31:16.012 --> 00:31:25.782
And when you're doing all these sessions over these years, I'm sure this has had a profound effect on you because you are so convicted.
00:31:25.782 --> 00:31:29.542
I love your passion and how you're speaking of this,'cause I can tell you live...
00:31:29.573 --> 00:31:31.813
This is an embodied state for you.
00:31:32.722 --> 00:31:35.242
how has this work changed your life?
00:31:35.242 --> 00:31:38.323
Has your life gone through its own kind of healing process?
00:31:38.623 --> 00:31:40.405
Yeah, we're all on the journey, okay?
00:31:40.462 --> 00:31:40.962
Yes, we
00:31:41.046 --> 00:31:42.786
Trust me, I am definitely not perfect.
00:31:43.336 --> 00:31:49.855
but universe and God or creator, whatever you wanna call that, always sends me like threes, like
00:31:50.155 --> 00:31:50.643
हम्म।
00:31:51.175 --> 00:31:52.756
that all have this similar issue.
00:31:53.036 --> 00:32:07.935
And so it's kinda like I just get a reminder of the wisdom that I already have and the,"Oh, okay, this is what we do here." But for me, I think especially lately in the last few weeks even, is the letting go.
00:32:09.316 --> 00:32:10.576
we have to let go.
00:32:11.695 --> 00:32:18.036
And because I wanna help people so bad and I wanna help family members and things like that, it's, a control issue.
00:32:19.266 --> 00:32:21.645
So I'm still working on letting go.
00:32:21.836 --> 00:32:24.385
I mean, and so I'm practicing what I'm teaching
00:32:26.037 --> 00:32:28.656
What do you feel like you have to let go of when you say that?
00:32:28.696 --> 00:32:33.007
Is it the control that you feel in your life, or is it more specific to something?
00:32:33.888 --> 00:32:34.269
Judgement
00:32:35.444 --> 00:32:36.134
Okay.
00:32:37.019 --> 00:32:39.839
Judgment about myself or judgment about someone else
00:32:41.603 --> 00:32:46.432
I literally, Susan, just this morning had that very same thought.
00:32:46.452 --> 00:32:58.863
I thought to myself, really gotta work on letting go of this judgment and how it conflicts with my day-to-day existence." And so that's a great reminder to hear that coming out of your mouth.
00:32:58.903 --> 00:33:05.032
And so when you practice letting go, how, do you do that?
00:33:05.032 --> 00:33:06.442
'Cause I think that's a big piece.
00:33:06.502 --> 00:33:12.232
I know you have your modalities and stuff you do, but just as on a personal level, how does one let go?
00:33:13.461 --> 00:33:17.852
I think you have to focus on the breath and recognize that you're in that judgment.
00:33:19.051 --> 00:33:24.392
First you have to recognize you're in the judgment to take action to stop that feeling.
00:33:25.061 --> 00:33:25.531
उहम्म
00:33:25.832 --> 00:33:32.352
And so I, I'll either say the Lord's Prayer or I'll just ask God to help me or bring in my guides.
00:33:32.531 --> 00:33:34.451
You know, I don't want to be judging.
00:33:35.102 --> 00:33:36.132
I don't want to.
00:33:36.211 --> 00:33:40.491
And so, but we're all processing, moving into this higher vibration.
00:33:41.021 --> 00:33:42.281
We're in ascension.
00:33:42.582 --> 00:33:45.021
The ascension goes up, okay?
00:33:45.031 --> 00:33:46.102
In a spiral.
00:33:46.612 --> 00:33:50.932
So what happens is we come around and then, thought you worked on that.
00:33:51.531 --> 00:33:54.231
There's some dust bunnies there, so we're gonna clear it again.
00:33:54.442 --> 00:34:01.892
We're gonna go, and we're continuing up, but we're still making this circle, and if you haven't processed everything, it's gonna show up
00:34:02.936 --> 00:34:04.057
Well, what do you say?
00:34:04.156 --> 00:34:08.007
I'm so curious with what you're saying with the the cycle going round and round.
00:34:08.757 --> 00:34:12.626
What do you say to people when they say,"I've already worked on this"?
00:34:12.637 --> 00:34:14.967
Do you get that sometimes where people are like,"I've already worked on this.
00:34:14.967 --> 00:34:16.387
I shouldn't have to work on this again.
00:34:16.387 --> 00:34:18.646
this is, I've already worked on my mom and dad issues."
00:34:19.284 --> 00:34:26.443
Well, it does come up, but people that know me or have worked with me, then I explain the spiral and it makes sense to them.
00:34:27.324 --> 00:34:39.853
I have a lot of professionals that work with me, especially in the medical system, and they'll ask me that question like,"Okay, I, I thought I did this." And I'm like,"Well, we're going up and it's in a circle, so here's another couple dust bunnies.
00:34:39.864 --> 00:34:40.813
Let's process it."
00:34:41.885 --> 00:34:42.764
Yeah.
00:34:42.914 --> 00:34:45.195
How do you work with people in the medical industry?
00:34:45.195 --> 00:34:46.045
I'm so curious
00:34:47.311 --> 00:34:48.572
Oh, I love them.
00:34:49.041 --> 00:34:49.981
You know, it's like
00:34:50.168 --> 00:34:52.458
is it the same work that you're doing that you've been describing?
00:34:52.458 --> 00:34:54.239
Are you doing that with, nurses and doctors
00:34:54.539 --> 00:34:55.068
Oh, yeah.
00:34:55.329 --> 00:34:57.309
one of my best friends is a functional medicine doctor.
00:34:57.309 --> 00:34:59.829
She does telemed, and so we collaborate.
00:35:00.099 --> 00:35:03.809
I send her her patients, and she sends me her patients.
00:35:04.369 --> 00:35:04.659
So,
00:35:04.668 --> 00:35:04.768
Oh,
00:35:05.429 --> 00:35:10.039
because it's a triage, you cannot just work the biology without working the emotion.
00:35:10.639 --> 00:35:15.358
In energy medicine, before anything physically manifests, first it is an emotion.
00:35:15.679 --> 00:35:18.208
We have to go in and find it and clear it
00:35:19.170 --> 00:35:21.360
you guys are teaming up and doing it together.
00:35:21.360 --> 00:35:23.871
So she's working on the physical part, and you're doing your part.
00:35:25.710 --> 00:35:30.280
where are you finding with all the work that you're doing, are you seeing...
00:35:30.650 --> 00:35:32.221
You were talking about the ascension.
00:35:33.050 --> 00:35:36.380
are you seeing that kind of play out with people right now?
00:35:36.900 --> 00:35:41.251
maybe our listeners don't know what the ascension is, but so I would love if you have a way of describing it
00:35:42.177 --> 00:35:51.606
the ascension is our soul requiring the lessons to move up in consciousness
00:35:51.956 --> 00:35:52.327
Yeah.
00:35:53.177 --> 00:35:55.067
and where do you find right now...
00:35:55.117 --> 00:36:03.197
are your people that you're working with, aware that this is happening, or do you find that it's more in the spiritual communities where people are talking about this?
00:36:04.266 --> 00:36:08.565
Well, I've set the intention to only be around people that are at my vibration or higher
00:36:09.599 --> 00:36:10.099
हम्म
00:36:10.963 --> 00:36:13.963
Because I am not participating in the chaos
00:36:15.545 --> 00:36:17.255
That's that conviction that you have.
00:36:17.375 --> 00:36:23.755
So when you say the chaos, are you just talking about, the world craziness or people staying stuck in, their victim story?
00:36:25.387 --> 00:36:26.617
Yes and yes.
00:36:27.088 --> 00:36:27.907
All of the above.
00:36:29.108 --> 00:36:31.958
But, I believe that chaos precedes change,
00:36:33.179 --> 00:36:33.739
Yes, it does
00:36:34.407 --> 00:36:51.096
we have to recognize that And then I just think that we have to pay attention to what's being put in front of us so that we can take care of it, eliminate it
00:36:52.528 --> 00:36:52.978
Yeah.
00:36:53.338 --> 00:36:56.289
There's so much noise right now, and there is a lot of...
00:36:56.389 --> 00:37:12.268
I see a lot of chaos when I look around, but I also trust that the chaos, like you said, is preceding some big changes and big shifts, and I know that there are more people waking up right now than it feels like ever.
00:37:12.329 --> 00:37:20.208
And so I love the fact that people are starting to more aware of their consciousness and how they get to show up.
00:37:22.119 --> 00:37:30.898
the emotional work that you're doing is so amazing because I think, for me at least, my emotions are one of the things that stops me in my life.
00:37:30.958 --> 00:37:39.929
I'll have, a whole to-do list of things that I have to, get to, and I will do them because I'm at a point in my life where my maturity of, okay, it's time to get down to business.
00:37:40.539 --> 00:37:59.559
But my emotions used to be so wild, and I would just have so much going on that it was challenging for me at times just kinda stay doing what I meant to do, and I had to really teach myself not to be overwhelmed by these e- emotions.
00:37:59.608 --> 00:38:02.838
Not to, ignore them, but just not to let it take over my day
00:38:03.867 --> 00:38:07.487
So have you ever practiced EFT, emotional freedom technique?
00:38:07.793 --> 00:38:08.782
I, I haven't.
00:38:08.793 --> 00:38:10.483
I've, I've heard so much about it.
00:38:10.483 --> 00:38:13.802
That is one healing modality that I have not tried
00:38:14.547 --> 00:38:23.396
So it's a quick go-to thing for people that are panicking or feel like they're out of control, and that you can start tapping right here on the thymus.
00:38:24.202 --> 00:38:24.422
उह
00:38:24.436 --> 00:38:33.617
You know, take three fingers and start tapping until you can regulate your breath, focus on your breath, and then you come back down
00:38:34.485 --> 00:38:42.965
I will have to try that the next time I'm in one of my little emotional spins when I get like that, I will usually come to my breath.
00:38:42.965 --> 00:38:52.025
I always go on walks, and As well as you have said it earlier about getting into the right brain activities and going and doing the things.
00:38:52.025 --> 00:38:56.295
But naturally, I would tell myself,"Find the thing that brings you joy.
00:38:56.324 --> 00:39:00.565
Go do that so you get out of this kind of tizzy that I'm in."
00:39:00.914 --> 00:39:03.014
But then you can also go and you can break the cycle.
00:39:03.014 --> 00:39:04.485
You just have to find out where it came from.
00:39:04.735 --> 00:39:07.255
It's showing up for you to figure out the answer.
00:39:08.264 --> 00:39:09.014
Yes
00:39:09.313 --> 00:39:11.293
I wish everybody could do this by themselves.
00:39:11.974 --> 00:39:19.514
apparently we're still working together on this, I've been, helping a person in our community, run for commissioner,
00:39:20.264 --> 00:39:20.724
Oh
00:39:21.023 --> 00:39:24.434
I don't like politics, so this was like, really?
00:39:24.434 --> 00:39:25.393
You want me to do this?
00:39:25.893 --> 00:39:27.224
But it was so obvious.
00:39:27.273 --> 00:39:28.704
her last name is Devine
00:39:29.780 --> 00:39:31.045
Oh my gosh, that's so cool.
00:39:31.346 --> 00:39:32.025
So I'm,
00:39:32.119 --> 00:39:33.210
are you helping her?
00:39:33.675 --> 00:39:39.996
I'm a performance coach, so I've been helping her, articulate how she's going to help the community.
00:39:40.565 --> 00:39:41.596
and she's very smart.
00:39:41.596 --> 00:39:42.715
She's very qualified.
00:39:42.925 --> 00:39:45.045
she just hasn't been in the system for a while.
00:39:45.275 --> 00:39:48.976
she's a Desert Storm veteran, and after she got out, she went to law school.
00:39:48.976 --> 00:39:50.036
she's very qualified.
00:39:50.556 --> 00:39:53.416
so I did teach her the tapping, and so I said...
00:39:53.715 --> 00:39:55.608
सकता है।
00:39:56.226 --> 00:39:59.795
for tapping is you have to practice it before you need it.
00:40:01.813 --> 00:40:02.106
Okay?
00:40:02.114 --> 00:40:02.324
That makes
00:40:02.465 --> 00:40:05.724
So there's inside, outside, under here, and here, and under the arm.
00:40:05.724 --> 00:40:07.043
And so there's a whole...
00:40:07.153 --> 00:40:12.384
It's a cycle on left side and right side of the body because you're integrating, okay?
00:40:12.434 --> 00:40:14.224
you're integrating the right and left brain.
00:40:15.583 --> 00:40:25.393
So I suggested that she practice it at least two or three times a day, because when you actually need it, you don't wanna have to go through the whole cycle.
00:40:26.173 --> 00:40:35.793
And I've had some of my clients say, because they were practicing it when they were in traffic, and by the time they got to this point, they'd already come down
00:40:36.847 --> 00:40:38.646
Oh, that is really awesome.
00:40:39.219 --> 00:40:43.289
So that modality is based on over 3,000 years of Chinese medicine
00:40:44.668 --> 00:40:57.719
You are the second person who has brought it up in one of the podcasts that I've been doing, so I'm gonna have to look it up and try it out and do it, because I'm always open to all these different techniques and finding ways to ground myself.
00:40:57.719 --> 00:41:00.809
And I think for our listeners, they should definitely find...
00:41:00.938 --> 00:41:06.458
I'm sure there's YouTube videos and different teachers and all s- sorts of things to help them that.
00:41:07.318 --> 00:41:09.809
ask you a question about something you said earlier.
00:41:09.818 --> 00:41:20.898
You were mentioning that you helped so many people go through grief when you were working in that position of being in the military and all that kind of stuff.
00:41:22.108 --> 00:41:27.188
And what did that grief teach you with people and how they move through things?
00:41:27.199 --> 00:41:33.759
'Cause I think that is such an emotional experience, and I feel like a lot of people don't always know how to grieve
00:41:34.838 --> 00:41:37.177
Well, there's no one way to grieve, okay?
00:41:37.177 --> 00:41:39.338
It's a cycle and it repeats itself.
00:41:39.757 --> 00:41:54.748
And I think my takeaway dealing with all these family members, who have lost loved ones is listening, not just talking, listening and asking about their loved one.
00:41:56.568 --> 00:41:59.878
Most people are afraid to talk to someone who is grieving
00:42:01.114 --> 00:42:01.795
Yeah
00:42:02.144 --> 00:42:21.614
you know, I just did this the other day with someone who lost a child, and I said,"Tell me the funniest experience that you had with your child." And then it opens the door and they can express their love for their child and then process the grief a little bit more and differently
00:42:23.931 --> 00:42:25.630
Yeah, it is, it is hard.
00:42:25.630 --> 00:42:28.061
I think a lot of people don't know how to relate.
00:42:28.070 --> 00:42:38.820
If they haven't been through it, they don't know how to speak to somebody that's in that state, and they're afraid that anything that they say could, hurt the person or upset them.
00:42:38.871 --> 00:42:45.871
I think just showing up and listening is the most important thing because you have nothing to say to them other than you love them.
00:42:46.121 --> 00:42:47.371
You know, I care about you.
00:42:47.800 --> 00:42:52.550
here, I brought you some flowers," or,"Let's go get coffee," or, you know that person.
00:42:53.490 --> 00:43:04.530
And maybe they're not really close to you, but it's a good personal growth experience I think, because I think there's gonna be quite a few people leaving in the next few months.
00:43:04.811 --> 00:43:05.811
They're gonna leave their body.
00:43:07.240 --> 00:43:07.650
So the
00:43:07.713 --> 00:43:08.083
about that
00:43:08.900 --> 00:43:17.641
part of the ascension process is raising our vibration and our consciousness, and I believe we can, obviously, I'm gonna take my body up.
00:43:17.721 --> 00:43:22.121
it's been not been very comfortable because as you upgrade your DNA, it is not comfortable.
00:43:22.931 --> 00:43:26.221
But there's gonna be people that have said,"My contract is up.
00:43:26.800 --> 00:43:29.690
I'm outta here." And so that's gonna be happening.
00:43:30.360 --> 00:43:38.231
And so just kind of watch what that looks like and have no expectation, basically, is just, you know, just
00:43:39.635 --> 00:43:43.835
I've been seeing that actually just around me in my community.
00:43:43.846 --> 00:44:01.106
There's just more deaths and things that have been happening, and I asked myself just in meditation, I thought to myself,"Is it just that I'm hear- it happenstance that I'm hearing it more?" And I thought,"No, I think some of these people are choosing to leave," and this is what you were saying, that it's a, it's a time for that.
00:44:01.135 --> 00:44:06.766
And you mentioned the ascension symptoms can be difficult.
00:44:06.856 --> 00:44:10.936
And so for somebody who's not aware of that, what would you describe would be...
00:44:11.096 --> 00:44:12.536
Would, are you talking more physically?
00:44:13.246 --> 00:44:16.615
I'm talking physically, but physically and emotion, they go together.
00:44:16.626 --> 00:44:23.626
So your body's aches and pains, you might have heart palpitations, you might not be able to sleep, you might just crash.
00:44:23.815 --> 00:44:28.275
it's so unique to every individual that, you just kinda have to look at it.
00:44:28.275 --> 00:44:31.956
If you think you need to go to the emergency room, then go.
00:44:31.956 --> 00:44:44.585
I mean, I'm just saying that these are typical, symptoms that show up, and we've been conditioned to believe there's something wrong with us and we need to go to the emergency room because no one's talking about it really in mainstream.
00:44:44.596 --> 00:44:47.286
It's not on regular television or anything like that.
00:44:47.965 --> 00:44:48.126
Dawn
00:44:48.639 --> 00:44:53.349
but I think your listeners, if they like to read, they should read"The Invisible Rainbow."
00:44:54.623 --> 00:44:55.773
Oh, I haven't read that one.
00:44:56.617 --> 00:44:57.817
That's a nice little eye-opener
00:44:58.884 --> 00:45:01.434
Oh, is it about the ascension?
00:45:02.086 --> 00:45:02.297
No.
00:45:03.213 --> 00:45:03.623
Okay
00:45:03.797 --> 00:45:05.947
It's very cognitive and it's about,
00:45:06.248 --> 00:45:06.427
Okay
00:45:06.817 --> 00:45:12.206
yeah, it's about the, unfolding of the big pharmaceutical company
00:45:14.634 --> 00:45:16.173
Oh, okay.
00:45:16.474 --> 00:45:17.460
So it's history.
00:45:18.293 --> 00:45:18.744
Okay.
00:45:19.380 --> 00:45:23.931
And we need to understand that we have not been told the truth about a lot of things.
00:45:25.130 --> 00:45:25.610
So
00:45:26.541 --> 00:45:29.072
That is happening a lot right now.
00:45:29.161 --> 00:45:42.942
I'm seeing it where there is a lot of truth coming out, and I think that people have put companies or different groups on pedestals, and now we're realizing...
00:45:43.021 --> 00:45:52.192
I've known this for a while, but I know a lot of people around me are realizing,"Oh, they don't have our best interest at heart." I used to be in pharmaceutical sales, I...
00:45:52.501 --> 00:45:55.092
Yeah, I d- I have a full pendulum over into the...
00:45:55.112 --> 00:45:57.322
being a healer for the last, 25 years.
00:45:57.322 --> 00:46:06.311
But, before that, I was in that industry, and I saw many, many things, that were unscrupulous, and I just...
00:46:06.371 --> 00:46:07.282
I learned a lot.
00:46:07.291 --> 00:46:14.931
I think I needed that education so that I could understand how important it is to work with energy in the body and its ability to heal.
00:46:15.322 --> 00:46:18.452
And I still think sometimes Western medicine has its place.
00:46:18.452 --> 00:46:22.862
There's certain medications that are helpful for people if they need an antibiotic or whatever.
00:46:22.882 --> 00:46:25.063
I don't try and dispute that.
00:46:25.362 --> 00:46:28.083
Do you know the natural antibiotic is oil of oregano
00:46:29.677 --> 00:46:30.117
I
00:46:30.545 --> 00:46:31.045
No side effects
00:46:31.427 --> 00:46:40.867
found that one recently and just asked my naturopathic doctor about it, and she didn't know too much about it, but she was like,"Yeah, you should try that."
00:46:41.577 --> 00:46:46.233
Honestly, once you start going down these rabbit holes, you are smarter than your doctor
00:46:49.969 --> 00:46:50.489
Yeah.
00:46:50.800 --> 00:46:58.420
I love my doctor, but yeah, it's like there is so much out there to learn, and when you realize how much the body can heal itself on its
00:46:58.630 --> 00:47:01.251
So the antibiotics tear up your gut biome.
00:47:01.579 --> 00:47:02.210
Yes.
00:47:02.590 --> 00:47:07.070
So, and it takes like six months to get it back in order if you're doing all the right things.
00:47:07.521 --> 00:47:10.030
So I would just do oil of oregano
00:47:11.242 --> 00:47:14.802
next time if I'm ever in that situation, I will look that up.
00:47:14.811 --> 00:47:24.722
I was actually looking that one up because I got an advertisement for it, and I was like,"Oh my gosh, I didn't even know this existed," and it's so easy, and it's not expensive.
00:47:24.722 --> 00:47:27.422
And I was like,"Why is this stuff not more mainstream?"
00:47:28.369 --> 00:47:32.278
Well, the other thing that I'm doing is called radionics, which is a,
00:47:32.338 --> 00:47:33.199
what is that?
00:47:33.527 --> 00:47:36.927
Yeah, there, I don't know too many people that are actually doing it, but there could be...
00:47:36.929 --> 00:47:37.429
heard of it
00:47:37.797 --> 00:47:39.577
Yeah, it's, it's again, energy.
00:47:39.586 --> 00:47:40.987
Everything is energy that I work with.
00:47:41.317 --> 00:47:48.047
So because I really wanna get off all supplements because I'm really not trusting the companies that are making them anymore.
00:47:48.097 --> 00:47:50.206
I mean, my mentor, Dr.
00:47:50.206 --> 00:47:57.177
Shuly, told me over 25 years ago that they would be taking over, Big Pharma would be taking over the supplemental business.
00:47:57.436 --> 00:47:59.297
So we really can't trust what they're putting in there.
00:47:59.327 --> 00:48:00.077
I can't trust.
00:48:00.077 --> 00:48:01.342
I mean, if you wanna trust it, go ahead.
00:48:01.643 --> 00:48:02.003
Yeah,
00:48:02.157 --> 00:48:06.496
I wanna find a different way to help my biology be in balance.
00:48:06.817 --> 00:48:14.266
So, I would suggest that everyone in your audience, look up and start learning how to do applied kinesiology.
00:48:15.739 --> 00:48:15.976
That
00:48:16.039 --> 00:48:16.378
muscle
00:48:16.547 --> 00:48:36.726
is muscle testing, because that is your body wisdom telling you what you need to know, And so by virtue of that, I muscle tested whatever I needed supplemental-wise, and I put it on a piece of paper next to my bed, and then it, send it up to the universe or God, and then it's balanced out
00:48:38.956 --> 00:48:40.547
Oh, without having to take it, you're saying?
00:48:42.016 --> 00:48:43.456
That is really cool.
00:48:44.297 --> 00:48:50.467
I'm very well aware of muscle testing, like kinesiology, and I've done it, sessions in the past for supplements.
00:48:50.476 --> 00:48:56.726
So you're talking about not even having to use the supplement and just doing what you just said.
00:48:56.936 --> 00:48:59.697
So you put it by the bed, you're saying, and send it
00:48:59.721 --> 00:48:59.940
Yeah.
00:48:59.996 --> 00:49:04.771
So it's there all night while I'm sleeping and I'm getting the result of that intention
00:49:05.744 --> 00:49:07.315
That is really cool.
00:49:07.355 --> 00:49:08.244
I wanna try that.
00:49:08.304 --> 00:49:11.175
what, okay, so is that what radionics is or is
00:49:11.264 --> 00:49:11.405
Yeah.
00:49:11.614 --> 00:49:12.025
else?
00:49:12.684 --> 00:49:16.135
No, it's simply setting the intention for the desired outcome
00:49:18.684 --> 00:49:22.275
And are you visualizing it or is it just a mental like, I want
00:49:22.402 --> 00:49:23.443
Just write it down.
00:49:23.722 --> 00:49:26.773
After I muscle test, I write down whatever it is and leave it there.
00:49:26.822 --> 00:49:28.373
none of this stuff is complicated
00:49:29.760 --> 00:49:33.280
I love that you have said that a couple times, how simple some of these things are.
00:49:33.291 --> 00:49:41.891
And I think that's really great to hear because some things are very complicated in life, and healing doesn't always have to be complicated, right?
00:49:41.891 --> 00:49:43.661
It doesn't have to be this 10-step process.
00:49:43.661 --> 00:49:45.581
It can actually be really simple.
00:49:46.199 --> 00:49:46.498
Right
00:49:46.798 --> 00:49:51.780
okay, so with the Radionics, I just have one more question about it.
00:49:51.831 --> 00:49:54.001
Are you off your supplements?
00:49:54.010 --> 00:49:54.751
Have you...
00:49:54.940 --> 00:49:57.190
Are you starting to eliminate them eventually
00:49:57.318 --> 00:49:58.208
I'm eliminating them.
00:49:58.208 --> 00:50:01.608
I'm actually doing a colloidal silver protocol right now.
00:50:01.679 --> 00:50:02.588
I'm trying it out.
00:50:02.599 --> 00:50:06.849
I won't recommend anything to my clients unless I've tried it myself.
00:50:07.306 --> 00:50:07.777
Yeah
00:50:07.938 --> 00:50:13.059
so I'm doing colloidal silver high parts per million three times a day, with distilled water.
00:50:13.259 --> 00:50:14.338
I'll be doing that for a month
00:50:16.067 --> 00:50:16.556
Okay.
00:50:16.556 --> 00:50:19.527
And that is just to, on the other side of it, just to be healthier?
00:50:20.335 --> 00:50:34.824
I think that I might have a low-grade infection, which probably most of us do, and then they want to label it as, Epstein-Barr or fibromyalgia or, you know, all those other labels that they give you, and then you need to own it.
00:50:35.045 --> 00:50:37.135
So I refuse to comply.
00:50:40.309 --> 00:50:41.418
I love it, Susan.
00:50:41.438 --> 00:50:42.219
you're sassy.
00:50:42.389 --> 00:50:44.139
you got a lot of spirit in you.
00:50:45.253 --> 00:50:45.414
Ja.
00:50:46.108 --> 00:50:53.889
You're like,"I will not comply." yeah, that's smart because I am aware of Epstein-Barr virus.
00:50:53.918 --> 00:50:58.659
I have it and I have labeled it sometimes and I try not to do it too often.
00:50:58.688 --> 00:51:07.329
I will go years without saying it, but every now and then I'll hear myself say it and I'm like,"Oh, don't say that, Dawn," because then you're, you know, it's there and it's...
00:51:07.588 --> 00:51:08.309
So I love
00:51:08.376 --> 00:51:09.317
So How do you know you have it?
00:51:10.222 --> 00:51:11.572
I had blood work done
00:51:12.168 --> 00:51:12.909
Let's talk about that
00:51:13.990 --> 00:51:14.710
Yeah
00:51:15.347 --> 00:51:18.567
I really don't trust the labs, me personally.
00:51:19.257 --> 00:51:20.867
But my mentor, Dr.
00:51:20.867 --> 00:51:27.637
Shealy, sent his blood to the top seven labs in the United States, and it all came back differently
00:51:29.014 --> 00:51:29.855
Really?
00:51:30.786 --> 00:51:35.427
So I'm just gonna plant a seed here what if, this is a okay?
00:51:36.047 --> 00:51:41.467
What if all the labs are partnering up with big pharma
00:51:44.699 --> 00:51:44.922
Yeah.
00:51:44.998 --> 00:51:45.668
I'm just saying
00:51:46.793 --> 00:51:48.833
Susan, you are, you are hilarious.
00:51:48.833 --> 00:51:48.862
I love it.
00:51:48.862 --> 00:51:48.893
Oh my gosh.
00:51:48.893 --> 00:51:49.043
I feel like I could just go down so many different rabbit holes with you.
00:51:55.503 --> 00:52:01.393
But I do want our listeners to know where to find you and how to work with you.
00:52:01.452 --> 00:52:09.913
'Cause your sessions sound so potent, and like, they get right in there and do so much healing.
00:52:09.913 --> 00:52:13.172
So yeah, where can they find you, and what does it look like to work with you?
00:52:14.405 --> 00:52:16.894
So you can find me at susanperformance.com.
00:52:17.144 --> 00:52:18.215
Send me an email.
00:52:18.235 --> 00:52:23.815
you can call me or text me at 719-684-5011.
00:52:23.824 --> 00:52:25.135
That's my personal cell.
00:52:25.505 --> 00:52:32.965
And, I'd be happy to anybody that says they're one of your listeners, give them a consultation for 20 minutes, as a gift.
00:52:33.485 --> 00:52:36.735
So let me know if you're interested and reach out to me.
00:52:37.385 --> 00:52:42.375
I'm on Facebook under Susan Davis Daytona Beach, and, that's probably the best way to get a hold of me.
00:52:42.425 --> 00:52:54.465
I'm also a motivational coach for The Weight of My Heart, which is an organization, or international organization for people who have been diagnosed with PAD, which is peripheral artery disease.
00:52:55.224 --> 00:53:02.625
the majority of people who are diagnosed with PAD do not get the diagnosis until after they have a stroke or heart attack.
00:53:03.530 --> 00:53:04.010
Oh wow!
00:53:04.414 --> 00:53:13.114
So it's your extremities that you-- say someone in your family, their feet are burning or their legs hurt, it hurts to walk.
00:53:13.394 --> 00:53:14.635
They probably have PAD.
00:53:15.034 --> 00:53:20.394
So The Weight of My Heart, I have a lot of videos on The Weight of My Heart YouTube channel.
00:53:21.215 --> 00:53:23.675
So I have the tappings on there.
00:53:23.684 --> 00:53:25.385
I have the breathworks on there.
00:53:25.385 --> 00:53:26.644
I have chair yoga.
00:53:27.045 --> 00:53:36.644
So if you have people who are, incapacitated in some way, the chair yoga is very adaptable for where you're at so that you can move
00:53:37.668 --> 00:53:44.978
I'm glad that you shared that and just brought awareness to that because I've never heard of that, so I'll have to research and learn more.
00:53:45.728 --> 00:53:47.119
and I wanted to ask you one last thing.
00:53:47.119 --> 00:53:52.429
You said that you train people, and do you train people in your specific modality?
00:53:52.905 --> 00:53:58.135
Yes, I have a certification on the Resolution Experience, and if you're interested, I can put together a class.
00:53:58.594 --> 00:54:03.304
I have done a class by Zoom, so I prefer to do it in person, but it doesn't matter.
00:54:03.304 --> 00:54:04.364
We can figure it out.
00:54:04.664 --> 00:54:05.114
Yeah.
00:54:06.074 --> 00:54:14.034
the very last question, Susan, with where healing is going, what do you anticipate for healing right now in our collective?
00:54:14.034 --> 00:54:14.755
I'm just so curious.
00:54:14.755 --> 00:54:18.065
I love to ask healers like you, who have been doing this for so many years.
00:54:18.144 --> 00:54:20.715
What do you anticipate for kind of the next wave of healing?
00:54:21.996 --> 00:54:30.076
Well, I know that when we move up in vibration, there can be no longer have disease, war, judgment.
00:54:30.695 --> 00:54:33.655
None of that can live in the high vibration, only love.
00:54:34.516 --> 00:54:35.945
It's a love frequency.
00:54:36.416 --> 00:54:38.686
So that is what everyone has to look forward to.
00:54:39.306 --> 00:54:41.056
I plan on living a lot longer.
00:54:41.275 --> 00:54:46.356
I don't know if anybody's read the Bible on here, but there's a lot of people in the Bible that lived very long lives.
00:54:46.826 --> 00:54:47.686
And what happened?
00:54:47.755 --> 00:54:48.485
What happened to that?
00:54:48.755 --> 00:54:49.786
We lost the frequency.
00:54:51.315 --> 00:54:53.235
I mean, Jesus was a seventh-dimensional being.
00:54:54.186 --> 00:54:54.706
Yeah,
00:54:55.007 --> 00:55:11.846
So we're moving into this vibration of abundance and love and reciprocation and collaboration, and those are the words that we need to pull into our vocabulary so that we start to embody that and take action on.
00:55:13.492 --> 00:55:14.952
Oh, what a beautiful way to end.
00:55:14.952 --> 00:55:20.503
Thank you so much, Susan, for being here and sharing all your gifts and so much wisdom with our audience
00:55:22.570 --> 00:55:23.010
Thank you
00:55:29.289 --> 00:55:35.608
Thank you for being here and for being a part of a movement that's revolutionizing what's possible with healing.
00:55:36.219 --> 00:55:37.958
