james: Without a vision, people perish. And this is a Bible verse. So the other day a client of mine asked me, ⁓ what would I do if I lost the motivation ⁓ to work on my body? And I had ⁓ two answers to that. The first one was you can work out from two states of consciousness. The first one is a state of ⁓ guilt, an example of that could be ⁓ you didn't you eating like shit or you doing so much damage to your body that you have all this guilt, and then the second state is looking at From a place of love, you love your body, and you love what it's done for you and what it's going to do for you into the future. And then the other part was having a vision of exactly how you want your body to look like. So this could be for your body, this could be for your life, this could be for relationships. But this ⁓ concept works for all different areas. But this one specifically was vision of yourself at 70 years old. Do you have ⁓ grandkids? ⁓ do you have the energy? That you want to have, ⁓ are you able to even move ⁓ if you're if you keep doing the things that you're doing now? Because if you don't change those actions now, you won't get to that vision of you at 70 years old. And something that I also learned with ⁓ people perishing without a vision is that ⁓ grandfathers he always talks about ⁓ what age his parents passed away at, and it's around his age now, and it feels like he's limiting his. Vision because his parents moved on at a certain age, and he can't see a vision further than that age. And when I talk to him or trying to get him to do certain things, he doesn't want to do anything, he just wants to stay in his room, and he has no purpose or a vision to do what he needs to do. So now I want to ask you do you have a vision, whether that's ⁓ for your body, a vision for ⁓ your relationship. relationships, a vision for your career path, what does that look like and how clear can you see that vision?
