james: Hey guys, so a mentality you need to adopt when it comes to fat loss and achieving your goals is having the athlete's mindset. So I'll give an example. ⁓ A few weeks ago, was having a chat with this person and this person kept identifying as a fat person saying, ⁓ I wouldn't do this because I'm fat. I wouldn't do this because I'm fat. I wouldn't eat that because only skinny people eat that. And I just thought to myself, well, ⁓ When you adopt different mindsets or mentalities, ⁓ you act and do things from that mentality. So I'll give you an example. ⁓ If you adopted an athlete's mindset, you'd wake up in the morning and you'd ask yourself, what would an athlete do? He'd work out, he'd eat healthy, he'd do all these different things compared to ⁓ as a fat person's mentality. If you're a fat person mentality, you'd wake up in the morning and ask yourself, what... what would a fat person eat and you'd obviously reach for the worst thing that you could eat or drink in the morning. So that's just an example of different mindsets or mentality or identities that you can adopt and I think if you adopt an athlete's mentality you'll be able to reach your goals a lot faster. I hope that helps.
