ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this episode, Lauren Mayes (Program Director/Senior Development Manager of Software Development at IBM) shares how AI adoption will come in two waves. First, organizations will adopt new AI-enabled features in existing systems and then organizations will begin adopting AI-first applications. Instead of replacing workers, these AI-first applications will address the "gaps" where processes are manual, cumbersome, and inefficient. Lauren also shares how organizations can start their AI journey and implement responsible AI solutions.
