AGTCommenter: Long weekend feels good. so feeling good and and feeling ready for the last quarter final and we'll have we'll be down to sixteen. We'll have our

AGTCommenter: top sixteen of the season. So We're here to to do a little preview on it. We'll there's a there's actually quite a bit of stuff that's happening between guest judges, format this week, all that. We'll get into we'll preview the acts and kind of what we expect, maybe a little bit to see what happens. And then we've got some games to talk about. We gotta talk about fantasy league, Cody, we've catch a little bit on that. the the losers in this league right now are are starting to talk and the chat a little bit, which is music to my ears, because that's how I know Cody, you and I are sitting pretty. they're complaining about scoring systems halfway through over halfway through the quarterfinals. I promise ya, Cody, if if if they were winning twenty two to fourteen or whatever it is, probably wouldn't say a word about the scoring system now, would they, Cody, huh? Hm? No,
Cody: Nope, nope, no.
AGTCommenter: probably not. Yeah, it's really easy to complain when you're losing by a million. mostly talking about Jay Bach and the Bach brothers.
Cody: Yes. Should should should we end up putting an extra should we end up putting an extra second back on the clock? Just allow them another another second.
AGTCommenter: You know what I'm potentially even willing to do at towards the end of the season? I might even give them a couple courtesy points. Not gonna help. They're not gonna catch up. So I might even I might even be a little the little little too fairy and bring a little little money for ya. A little sprinkle on top of your losing score that you got going. That's gonna be that'd be kind of fun. And then we also Cody our side game that we've been playing.

I do want to apologize to the fans, the organization, and most importantly, my teammates for the absolute catastrophic lapse in judgment I displayed this past Tuesday night where I mistakenly identified an act as being on our team when in fact they're profoundly and embarrassingly on another team. There's simply no excuse for the level of scouting failure. I let down the draft board. I let down the I let the committee down. I let everyone who trusted my situational awareness down. As of and I'm we're we'll kinda figure this out, as of effective immediately I've made the agonizing decision to step away from the team, Cody, and commenter to seek mental clarity, evaluate my position in the league, and focus entirely on my family and my mental health during this difficult transition. Please respect our privacy at this time as we navigate this unprecedented roster oversight.
AGTCommenter: I it was all cla it's all class. yeah, we had a rocky week last week, Cody. I was I was sho I was st I was shocked. She just wasn't she wasn't our team, Cody. Cody's hootin' and hollering on Twitter on X the Everything app. Look at all these points we're scoring, baby. Not on our team. Lay Noel got the golden buzzer very, very much on team, Ryan and Co Ryan and Steven. I had to I had to remove Cody from the byline of our team. I changed the team name. I I the hashtag had to change on results tonight. I I just I couldn't see another path forward since I thought the the the the statement was was very was very gracious. Like I said, all class. I I consider the beef squashed. We all make mistakes. I think I sent you the Ted Lasso, or did I tweet the Ted Lasso quote? I hope some of us I I either hope all of us or none of us are judged by our our weakest moments, but more about the strength that we show when we're given a second chance. Here's your second chance, Cody. I I am ninety per s I'll say ninety percent confident you will not tweet an excited tweet about us scoring points for somebody else's team the rest of the season. I believe in you and and that you won't do that. So

We have a bunch of quarterfinals four stuff to to talk about. Heidi Clume is back. She can't stay we can't get rid of her. And I'm not saying we're trying to sorry, go ahead.
Cody: It's a little bit l a little bit of surp a little bit of little surprising there.
AGTCommenter: Tish. anytime they leave on on on good terms, it's always I mean, she's come back before it to do the show again. So Gabrielle Union, yeah, would have fallen out of my chair. Heidi Clume is what it is. and not trying to get rid of her by any means. Heidi's a legend of the show. She's been here forever. Is she a great judge? No, but she's also not a bad judge. There's there's levels to it. we can't get rid of her. She's just always coming back. Her and Mel B, leave, come back, leave, come back. It'll be good to see her again. when was last time would have been Kelly Clarkson? We would have three full three females and one and one male on the panel.

AGTCommenter: so she will be filling in for Simon. Very interested on how long this absence for Simon's gonna be. Will do we think he'll be back next week, Cody? Our guess is usually wrong at this point.

We're assuming the Golden Buzzer though is gonna go to the full time judge, Sophia Vergara. they threw a loop at threw us through a loop a little last week when they gave it to Keenan. we can talk about Keenan if we want to. I don't know. We maybe we should just move on from the Kenan Thompson experience, yeah. Yeah, we
Cody: Yeah, I just I just wanna move on. I I gave I gave my opinions there in the recap. It's yeah.
AGTCommenter: we both said he'll do a fine job. He did not do a fine job. It was it was pretty tough. so we're assuming that that will be the case. We also have a three hour behemoth of an episode, Cody. So Roger Goodell kicks off the season on Wednesday night. Patriots

AGTCommenter: Wednesday nights in Seattle, I think. Seattle and New New England rematch to the Super Bowl on Wednesday, Rams

AGTCommenter: Niners on Thursday down under in Australia. So the first ever opening night Wednesday, I'm sure the MVC brass was thrilled. I'm sure the AGT fans were or producers and everything were pumped about this. So we do not have any we don't have any television slot open, time slot open to do results on Wednesday night this week. So they are going to just power through. We'll we'll do the two hours of performances, we'll get some some we'll get a little O's Pearlman.
Cody: Yes.
AGTCommenter: afterwards in the in the in the the the build up to the actual results and America, you got two hours and thirty minut twenty like how long are they gonna allow us to keep voting to properly you know, the accounting firm has to tabulate the votes, there's TikTok votes they gotta tabulate
Cody: Ha ha
AGTCommenter: and get them signed, sealed, delivered to Terry's hand to to announce I'm interested to know they I I wouldn't be shocked if they cut off the voting at the at the end of the episode. And they're like, they're spending the next thirty minutes preparing results. Because they gotta
Cody: I guess so, yeah.
AGTCommenter: they gotta figure out who they're pairing up. They gotta figure out who's getting announced in what order. This is not a this isn't a two minute process here to to do that. So I'll be interested right. This
Cody: Gotta print off the c gotta print off the labels on the cards. Yeah.
AGTCommenter: is this is like a gift from God for the Everything is rigged crowd. This is me over here on my I hate everything is rigged people. This is like a dream. The voting's gonna stop. the West Coast won't even see the acts before they're announced as who's who's in the who's in the semis. It's yeah, this is this is tough for us that that again, it's not rigged. But if you wanna convince somebody that this show is rigged, this is gonna be a banner night for you to use.
Cody: Can can I make a proposal for the off season?

Cody: We should watch and review the movie Quiz Show.

Cody: Quizho takes place in the fifties. It's basically how this whole laws for game shows, the reason
AGTCommenter: Right.
Cody: it started. So I think we should watch and review that and kind of talk about how the laws for game shows come about, the ones that award prize money and how they how they're not rigged, how they can't be
AGTCommenter: Yep.
Cody: pre determined, any of that stuff. So yeah.
AGTCommenter: Yeah. Make a note and so so we can remember to circle
Cody: Yeah.
AGTCommenter: back to it.
Cody: The second thing is Jacob, our buddy Jacob told us during the postgame last week that he votes like voting opens and he just votes for the ones he likes. Like they they may
AGTCommenter: Yeah.
Cody: not perform till later in the episode, but he just goes ahead and votes. So there's people out there that just go ahead and vote.
AGTCommenter: yeah. I would say
Cody: Not counting those that have them on their fantasy team, just your average watcher. They
AGTCommenter: Yeah, yeah, that's what I'm doing too.
Cody: already know who they want to go through and they go ahead and vote for him.
AGTCommenter: Yes, so I would say at least half, if not three quarters, if not seventy-five percent of all votes cast are cast within the first ten minutes of voting being open. I think people just log on to their app, once they remind people to, they go and they they fill in their votes. That's what I do, just again, the fantasy league thing. It's crazy. I get I get I get if you have your favorite like your favorite, right? if you're a huge Nene Royal fan, that night, like if you went but to go and be like these are the three I always like, I've liked this season, and then just go vote for and then not revisit your votes at the end of the episode is crazy.
Cody: Hmm? Yeah. Yeah.
AGTCommenter: but yeah, so I don't think it's gonna be a votes total votes cast issue. But we're gonna miss the West Coast. They can go vote, I'm assuming. They yeah,
Cody: They can still vote, yes.
AGTCommenter: they just won't they won't so I I'm assuming it'll be a smaller number from the West Coast.
Cody: Mm-hmm.
AGTCommenter: The TikTok's just not going to have enough time. And they're going to have to cut it off v very shortly after that last act performs, if I had to guess. I get we did the Dunkin' Save in the past, and that was instant. And so I get that they can they can tabulate these votes very quickly. But that was also a predetermined order or list of who was who was in the Dunkin' Save from the night before they knew who the three were. And all they had to do was bring those three out, stand there and announce the name. They didn't have to figure out who to pair up. Didn't have to tabulate a million results, they just had the one. So it'd be interesting. I'm I'm I'm excited to to see when voting closes.
Cody: Let me let me ask you this. Should they have just put it on like Peacock Wednesday night?
AGTCommenter: That was that was the thought I had had. I had brought up could they have done what time is the pregame show? probably log on to let me do it my phone. Cause like if if you're 'cause you could do a half hour too. You don't need an hour time slot. Like just get rid of the

Cody: yeah. As much as we'd love to see O's
AGTCommenter: for sure, this would be a bad night to get rid of it. I would I'm I wanna see O's. But

AGTCommenter: like if we look at the the D V R, the live, all right. So this would be tonight. There we go. Alright. So tomorrow night there's AGT. Cause if you're if you're you could you do thirty minutes before could you do thirty minutes before the pregame show starts for the NFL is basically kind of the thought process here. So the NFL pregame show starts at six central So seven o'clock your time. Yeah, you got the nightly news right before that. Yeah, ca couldn't have done a Yeah, there's just no and you don't want to not have results night is too big a night to to bury it on streaming.
Cody: Mm-hmm.
AGTCommenter: Yeah, 'cause I'm like, do we need hour fifteen for the NFL kickoff? Could have started that at six fifteen. Could we have could we have just stolen a a quick fifteen minute spot for results?
Cody: Yeah.
AGTCommenter: Yeah, there I mean there really is no better way to do it. You you you're not helping anything by doing it after the football game 'cause that's the same I mean you that

AGTCommenter: Yeah, well the game will be done by probably eleven to eleven thirty your time probably, yeah. which is when this episode will end. yeah, so

AGTCommenter: Yeah, outside of opening week, I wouldn't be surprised if this is the same opening week for a long time going forward. You it makes sense if you're in the NFL, like how can we play more games on Wednesday? We'll just play the first one 'cause there's no rest issues and trying to quick turnaround. These these teams will get long, long weeks actually to get prepared for the next one. So but anyway, so a lot of lot of changes. So Steven and myself will we'll be here though. Cody is

AGTCommenter: This is the first time so I ca I was on with Jay. I think it was the second or third appearance I ever made on the pod. Season fifteen, I think. It was you were gone. And but Jay obviously ran everything. So this will be the first time that I actually am lead chair for for this pod.

AGTCommenter: Yeah, so yeah, and on a a cover, yeah, whatever. Burton Byron, our singing duo. He kind of more of a a singer and a a comp and a and a musici or a guitar player more than two singers. Cameron Logsden, who was the impressionist from Auditions Six, and then Caesar Diaz, who is a comedian from from Auditions two, and then they also have their golden buzzer for this episode, Ruben Rold in Bustos, the one legged parkour act, and then Young and Strange. the passing zone version of magic with which I like them a lot and I wish they were on our team, but I also think they have a high probability of bombing. So I'm interested to see. I I'm

AGTCommenter: excited for their performance. But those are the six from the Bach brothers. There is guaranteed points. They they

Cody: They are from West Texas. No, I think they're from I think they're from the region of west western part of Texas, yeah, 'cause they were on the oil rigs. So I think they're out.

AGTCommenter: like a sideshow, it was more danger, right? Yeah.

AGTCommenter: Yeah. They're auditions one, so it's been a while. And then Uni Tree, our Robot
Cody: Yeah. Yes.
AGTCommenter: Dancers. also from Auditions One. So we have two acts from Auditions One here. It's been it's been thirteen weeks since we've seen them perform. and then the sad one sad little performer from Steven and Ryan's team, just a lowly, sad solo. Travis Garland, our musician. he's gotta get ready for dancing with the stars.
Cody: Yes. You got into a beef with somebody over this, right?
AGTCommenter: We were just chatting. I I love g getting dragged down in the mud with stupid people online. I I think g you're not y you're just gonna say stuff, we should at least talk about it. the premiere of Dancing with the Stars is on finale night of AGT, so there's you know, conspiracy theories out there that Travis Garland can't even make the finals. I think the point I made I think
Cody: He he can run across town.
AGTCommenter: well that or I think they could find a fill in for a for one night over at Dancing with the Stars.
Cody: Yeah. Yeah.
AGTCommenter: They could just play a track. Yeah. Yeah. I think they'll

AGTCommenter: Dancing with the Stars two night premiere on Tuesday, September fifteenth and Wednesday, September sixteenth. So that would be semi finals. So next week.

AGTCommenter: And then so they'll be assuming there would be another episode the next week. So either on results night or finals night, there'll be a dancing with stars episode. Yeah, they always cross over at the end of the year. That's the eleven. Any names pop out to you when you hear that eleven, anybody when you look at the list that you're excited to to see perform here in in quarterfinals four.
Cody: I think I'm really excited for Jesse Joe. Yeah.

Cody: I I think they were great singers. I think they're probably one of the better bands that we have. on the the the bo one of the better bands we have left in the season. you know, Butter and Grit's now gone. I really like their style. I like the way that he sounds. The band itself sounds great. I'm not sure how big he is with America, but I think

Cody: just personally I'm excited to see Jesse Joe and his ninety sixers. Yeah.
AGTCommenter: Yeah. Two Golden Buzzers,

AGTCommenter: Lardy and and Ruben Rold and Bustos. I'm very excited to see Lar D finally our our top pick. but Young and Strange are the the one that I'm very intrigued by. To me, they are a little bit Gino Plaguer, where I think it's just gonna be way better than we thought it was even gonna be, and I like I like Young and Strange more than I like Gino. Shout out Gino.

AGTCommenter: make it through his audit like I think he's just an emotional wreck, and I just don't think he can do it. Logsden, I think my usual baseline with impressionists is after the first time we see it, we don't need to see it again. We've seen you do impressions. Impressions are fun. Even if it's new people, it's still just we I'm it it tends to not do very well. Caesar Diaz is not my my my flavor. I was not a huge fan. Jesse Joe and the ninety sixers, I would agree. It's an interesting one. I think they also have similar young and strange upside. If it hits it's gonna hit. Laura D I'm looking forward to The parkour act. It is what it is. It's fine. Travis Garland, I think we all know what we're gonna get from him. Tyrone Amargo is not my style of act that I really look forward to. I'm not into the robots of Unitry. I loved the pick at the time 'cause I still think it made sense. 'Cause I think there's an interesting niche for it. I just don't care for the robots. And then I talked about Young and Strange. So I would say I have low hopes for this episode. Probably lower than than a couple of the previous episodes, but We have a we' curr currently, Cody, we have nine acts in the semis. We currently, I think, have a dearth of singers. Just in this season. We've got two sitting in the finals already. And then when you look at the the this is the semifinalist right now. Veronica, aerialist. Royal Lasers, Dance Group. Come here, Dance Group. Geno Plaguer, magician, Cameron Marshall, Magician, Acro Canine Crew, Dog Act. Daniel Alvarez, comedian. Luke Tolino, a rapper, and Beefus, the dog trainer. So the it's just Tolino, and he's not even a singer, he's a rapper. That's that's crazy. Like this is this would be unprecedented. That if and so this week is Burden Byron is a singing group. Jesse Joe and the ninety sixers is our band, Lara D, obviously, and then Travis Garland. If w I think there's a chance that all four could just be that four. It's not gonna be, but like we're so short on singing. And and I know that's music haha to a lot of people's ears. Th they're they're they
Cody: Yes.
AGTCommenter: want singing out of the show, and that's fine. And I don't think we're sitting here with like the wrong well, I don't love our semifinal right now, but I but I'm not saying that there's a bunch of singers that I wish were still here or anything like that. But statistically speaking, we are half the final almost every year is some type of singing act. Last year was seven out of ten were singing acts. So we have two right now and we have if you want to count Tolino as the rapper, only one more available. So unless he goes through, like to get to five, we need at least two more from this quarter final to get just to get to the semi or to get, say, a golden buzzer into the final. So To me this this if I'm betting on water rising to its correct level, my gut tells me this could be a good night for that group of four. Cause I Jay pointed out in our group chat though that it's kind of been the same thing every week. We've had a a singing act, and then we've had a magic act, a com was it a comedic act? Is that what said? And then a wild card. It's basically been the group
Cody: I think it's a comedic act, yes, yes. And and then a wild card.
AGTCommenter: of four, kind of a random. So if you're gonna play that same formula, that's obviously depending on what you classify as a wild card, could could Jesse Joe be a wild card? I don't think that's necessarily what he's getting at. So we'll see.
Cody: I think he's talking like like a Kira would be a wild card. Yeah. Unitry, yeah.

I think he's bad. And Tolino, I could take it or leave it. So now this is by far the best three live show Golden Buzzers we've ever seen by by and ever seen. It's this is the

AGTCommenter: third year, but we have the favorite, got it. I think the second favorite, which is Hundred Fingers, as this season is gone, and you could argue the third favorite with Le Noel.

AGTCommenter: You could argue the top three Before live shows, if you were handicapping the the season, those might bend the top three or close to it. Lor I would say Laura D would be the fourth that that you probably would throw into that handicapping. That's that's I think part of why we're sitting here maybe a little bit being like, and maybe not used so much, but why I'm looking at the list of the semis and being like, This isn't super fun. Well, in years past, Nene would be in this in that list. Like if you swapped it out, Nene, those three would be in this semifinal and and act like Beef us would be the the golden buzzer in an act like Cameron Marshall and you know the the Daniel Alvarez. Like that would be your three live show Golden Buzzers has been more the trend. So that could be part of it. I'm not saying we're not set up for a great final, because with the three we already have, Veronica and the four I read, if those four all advance with the three we have, that's seven acts I really like. that would all be in my current top ten out of the twenty-three. Ryan and Steven have thirteen points and and the Bach brothers bringing up the rear. They have a chance to to go on a big run this week. It wouldn't be surprising if they score ten points this week. with the list that they have having over half of the of the acts, but they have just ten points.
Cody: Let me ask you this, as a magician, as an as an amateur novice magician,

I there might have been I I I didn't do a great job paying attention to the entirety of the performance 'cause I knew what it was when it started and I was like, This isn't for me. AGTCommenter: Draft the acts that advance. That's my advice. Per and this could be crazy, but my advice would be to draft the acts that move on. Like Cody and I did and have this year.

AGTCommenter: Not illegal. Ben done. I well, I don't know if that matters for us at all, but complaining about the points when your acts just keep getting sent home. Ma it would be one thing if they were like if the Bach brothers just had every act going through and were still losing by a bunch. Then I would agree, something's wrong with the point total. Ain't nothing wrong with the point total when you have one you when you have two acts that have advanced in three weeks. That's your problem. They you had the number one pick, congrats. That was a default golden buzzer. Any one of us, that wasn't even a good job by them. They have Daniel Alvarez's advanced. That's it. Their second pick. Zero points. They're let's see. Fifth pick, one point, seventh pick, one point, eighth pick, one point. If it weren't for the the gift that I gave them by adding the one point in the top five, they would currently have seven points. They'd have three less points than they cur than they already have, I think, or two, whatever. They they currently have only four acts still in the competition, including the one that hasn't performed. So they have three acts that have advanced and when I say that not in advance, I'm saying every other act has been eliminated. They have one act to perform, three acts that have advanced. And eleven that that have been eliminated. I I said it, but their last one, two, three their last seven picks of the draft scored one point. Our last seven have scored three have scored nine points. I know we don't want it. I think this might shift this year. They're they're giving it to the best acts and they're giving it to golden buzzers. So,

I've been starved for a really great magician on this show since Shin Lim in in two thousand eighteen and it just hasn't really shown up in true sight of hand card magic. Fifty-seven percent of auditions were one through four, forty-two percent. it really ends up being fifty-seven and forty-three, if you round down our auditions five through seven. Right now, the current semifinals, the nine acts there, fifty-five and a half are from auditions one through four, and forty-four and a half are from so it's actually the the last three auditions are slightly overperforming the the average. we'll see if that changes. two of the three golden bu live show golden buzzers are from the first four auditions. But shout out auditions five. Three acts in the semis, the most of any audition.

AGTCommenter: Fascinating. Well done. and an act in the live show, in the finals with Nene. So they have four they have four of the current twelve that have advanced. They have a third of the the acts that have advanced from the from Auditions Five. So shout out Auditions Five.

Cody: Not counting those that have them on their fantasy team, just your average watcher. They

AGTCommenter: Yes, so I would say at least half, if not three quarters, if not seventy-five percent of all votes cast are cast within the first ten minutes of voting being open. I think people just log on to their app, once they remind people to, they go and they they fill in their votes. That's what I do, just again, the fantasy league thing. It's crazy. I get I get I get if you have your favorite like your favorite, right? if you're a huge Nene Royal fan, that night, like if you went but to go and be like these are the three I always like, I've liked this season, and then just go vote for and then not revisit your votes at the end of the episode is crazy.

And all they had to do was bring those three out, stand there and announce the name. They didn't have to figure out who to pair up. Didn't have to tabulate a million results, they just had the one. We currently, I think, have a dearth of singers. Just in this season. We've got two sitting in the finals already. And then when you look at the the this is the semifinalist right now. Veronica, aerialist. Royal Lasers, Dance Group. Come here, Dance Group. Geno Plaguer, magician, Cameron Marshall, Magician, Acro Canine Crew, Dog Act. Daniel Alvarez, comedian. Luke Tolino, a rapper, and Beefus, the dog trainer. So the it's just Tolino, and he's not even a singer, he's a rapper. That's that's crazy. Like this is this would be unprecedented. That if and so this week is Burden Byron is a singing group. Jesse Joe and the ninety sixers is our band, Lara D, obviously, and then Travis Garland. If w I think there's a chance that all four could just be that four. It's not gonna be, but like we're so short on singing. And and I know that's music haha to a lot of people's ears. But statistically speaking, we are half the final almost every year is some type of singing act. Last year was seven out of ten were singing acts. So we have two right now and we have if you want to count Tolino as the rapper, only one more available. So unless he goes through, like to get to five, we need at least two more from this quarter final to get just to get to the semi or to get, say, a golden buzzer into the final. So To me this this if I'm betting on water rising to its correct level, my gut tells me this could be a good night for that group of four. Cause I Jay pointed out in our group chat though that it's kind of been the same thing every week. We've had a a singing act, and then we've had a magic act, a com was it a comedic act? Is that what said? And then a wild card. It's basically been the group

AGTCommenter: third year, but we have the favorite, got it. I think the second favorite, which is Hundred Fingers, as this season is gone, and you could argue the third favorite with Le Noel.

AGTCommenter: You could argue the top three Before live shows, if you were handicapping the the season, those might bend the top three or close to it. Lor I would say Laura D would be the fourth that that you probably would throw into that handicapping. That's that's I think part of why we're sitting here maybe a little bit being like, and maybe not used so much, but why I'm looking at the list of the semis and being like, This isn't super fun. Well, in years past, Nene would be in this in that list. Like if you swapped it out, Nene, those three would be in this semifinal and and act like Beef us would be the the golden buzzer in an act like Cameron Marshall and you know the the Daniel Alvarez. Like that would be your three live show Golden Buzzers has been more the trend. So that could be part of it. I'm not saying we're not set up for a great final, because with the three we already have, Veronica and the four I read, if those four all advance with the three we have, that's seven acts I really like. that would all be in my current top ten out of the twenty-three. Ryan and Steven have thirteen points and and the Bach brothers bringing up the rear. They have a chance to to go on a big run this week. It wouldn't be surprising if they score ten points this week. with the list that they have having over half of the of the acts, but they have just ten points.

Ain't nothing wrong with the point total when you have one you when you have two acts that have advanced in three weeks. That's your problem. They you had the number one pick, congrats. That was a default golden buzzer. Any one of us, that wasn't even a good job by them. They have Daniel Alvarez's advanced. That's it. Their second pick. Zero points. They're let's see. I think the three favorites to win the show or three of the four are probably the ones that have gotten the golden buzzer, like we said. I I would be fine if Laura D gets the golden buzzer. I know we don't want it. I think this might shift this year. They're they're giving it to the best acts and they're giving it to golden buzzers. So,

I thought I'd let you know that Cameron Marshall was the one who performed at callbacks. I'd only done my audition before the quarterfinals, but I understand why in my audition you'd feel that way about me and Matt. So I don't remember exactly what we said, but apparently we talked about him in in callbacks. Yeah.
AGTCommenter: Yeah. Yeah. I think we've talked about a handful yeah a handful of times so we talked about how we were like he's just doing Matt Frank he's cosplaying as Matt Franco.

AGTCommenter: He obviously is not doing that any longer and I was really impressed. So I'm I'm hoping I'm hoping next week, you know, semifinals he'll put on another good one. I've been starved for a really great magician on this show since Shin Lim in in two thousand eighteen and it just hasn't really shown up in true sight of hand card magic. So I'm enjoying Gino Appreciate him listening. Hopefully he keeps listening and maybe after the season we'll get him on get him on the pod, talk a little AGT season twenty-one. So

AGTCommenter: we've talked about this every week. Fifty-seven percent of auditions were one through four, forty-two percent. it really ends up being fifty-seven and forty-three, if you round down our auditions five through seven. Right now, the current semifinals, the nine acts there, fifty-five and a half are from auditions one through four, and forty-four and a half are from so it's actually the the last three auditions are slightly overperforming the the average. we'll see if that changes. two of the three golden bu live show golden buzzers are from the first four auditions. But shout out auditions five. Three acts in the semis, the most of any audition.

AGTCommenter: Fascinating. Well done. and an act in the live show, in the finals with Nene. So they have four they have four of the current twelve that have advanced. They have a third of the the acts that have advanced from the from Auditions Five. So shout out Auditions Five.
Cody: Now obviously we had an odd number of auditions, so you're saying that there's more in the first four than in the last three. Now,

AGTCommenter: Well that but that's not what I'm distributing. This is based off of historical trends. Yeah.

AGTCommenter: I know, so we're basing it off of what the average should be. There should be fifty-seven percent from the first four and forty-three percent, because that's the split of how many auditions there are. So there's a slight overperformance by the last three currently, because they have forty-four percent when they're supposed to have forty-three percent based off of that.
