ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Dawn breaks over the modern office park, where a small herd of humans migrates toward a conference room carrying coffee, glowing rectangles, and a perfectly rehearsed plan.
Jamie Vale has spotted a dangerous error in the presentation. Evelyn Hart is protecting the agenda. Martin Pike is adding slides. Taz Morgan is watching the client. Then the power fails, the projector dies, and the meeting tribe is left without its most important defense: the deck.
Narrated in the style of a Scottish wildlife documentary, The Meeting Ritual observes what happens when ordinary people stop defending private plans and start improvising together. Taz makes an offer. Evelyn accepts it. The group builds something visible, listens to the quietest voice in the room, and turns a mistake into useful information.
This fictional documentary explores improv as an everyday life skill: staying present when conditions change, accepting and building on offers, treating mistakes as information, making psychological safety visible, and discovering the next useful move together.
