ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Welcome to episode 6 of the 40acts Generosity Challenge podcast!
Today, Ruth is joined by Tim Gallagher, online fitness coach, founder of 'Powered By Purpose' and host of the 'Morning Coffee with Tim' podcast.
Tim shares how his faith has become a more intentional part of his online presence and how 40acts arrived at exactly the right moment in his discipleship journey. From prayer videos mid‑run to simple acts of kindness, Tim reflects on how God has been prompting him to be more generous and more open about his faith in everyday life.
"If it helps one person or if it helps 100 people, it doesn't really matter. It's all for the glory of God."
Tim's favourite Bible verse for Lent:
'Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.' Colossians 3:2 (ESV)
How you can pray for Tim:
for consistency as Tim shares both faith‑based and fitness content online
for discernment as he seeks to keep God at the centre of his platform
that his content would plant seeds, encourage his followers and open doors for meaningful conversations
for protection from distraction and for the wisdom to use his online influence for God's glory

Final thoughts
Tim's story reminds us that generosity transforms both the giver and the receiver. His journey shows how everyday acts can become a spiritual practice that deepens faith and opens space for God to work.
