ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Come watch the VIDEO interview with Kathy on Substack!
Today we have the pleasure of speaking with Kathy Evans, who is Holly’s colleague, sage mentor, and personal friend for the last two decades. Kathy, now recently retired and in her 60s, reflects on balancing ambition and motherhood at P&G in the 80s and 90s, and what it often felt like to be “the only women in the room” when only about 15% of her peers were women. Kathy shares how these women banded together as a small but mighty community to support each other and mentor the next generation of women. She provides perspective on some areas where we might be hard on ourselves in our 40s, and shares her advice on how we can create space for change in a meaningful way.
