ABOUT THIS EPISODE
How do you rebuild when life tears your world apart?
From the outside, Samantha had what looked like a stable childhood, but the cracks ran deep.
At just seven years old, her mum’s affair shattered her family, leaving her dad heartbroken and her world upended.
Samantha grew up fast, taking on the emotional and practical weight of her home life.
But nothing could prepare her for losing her dad, the person who made her feel safe, loved, and grounded.
Holding his hand as he took his last breath was the moment her life changed forever.
Samantha’s journey isn’t about wallowing in tragedy, it’s about what comes next. It’s about finding your way through rejection, grief, and the crushing anxiety of wanting to be enough for the people around you. It’s about redefining what family, success, and happiness mean on your own terms.
And it’s about being brave enough to say: this is not the end of my story.
This is not a sob story.
This is a blueprint for resilience, grit, and self-belief. Samantha’s brutally honest reflections on anxiety, loss, IVF heartbreak, and motherhood will leave you inspired to fight for your life—and for the dreams you haven’t dared to chase yet.
What Makes This Episode Unmissable:
Samantha isn’t here to sugarcoat her story or yours.

Sam will make you think differently about grief, anxiety, and resilience.
She’ll remind you of your own strength.
And she’ll challenge you to fight for your joy, no matter what life throws at you.

A Quote to Take with You:
"Life’s meant to be lived. Bad things don’t have to be the full stop—they’re just part of the story"
