We are the award-winning ACSOM podcast and fan channel. We bring you daily debate, match previews, post-match reactions, and exclusive interviews from the heart of the Celtic community. Today, the ACSOM panel dives headfirst into the raging crisis in Paradise as the international break puts the entire football club under the microscope. Following a nightmare run of three consecutive defeats - including a painful double-header exit against rivals Rangers and a structural collapse to Ferencváros in the Europa League - manager Martin O'Neill has openly stated he is entering a period of self-reflection over his Celtic future. While CEO Michael Nicholson’s annual results statement offered a public show of support, a major disconnect remains between the boardroom’s actions and the fanbase's expectations. 🍀 What is the long-term plan? 🍀 Why is Celtic still sitting on vacant senior positions, including the crucial Head of Football Operations role? 🍀 Are the board using O'Neill as a convenient shield to cover up dropping revenues, empty Champions League apologies, and deep recruitment dysfunctions? We also break down the latest whispers linking former Ipswich Town manager Kieran McKenna to the Parkhead dugout, and debate whether Simon Jordan is right that O'Neill will reject any "tokenism" boardroom or Director of Football role. Join Paul John Dykes and the ACSOM panel as we take your comments live! 🍀 Should Martin O’Neill stay and fight, or is it time for a structural rebuild? 🍀 Does Michael Nicholson have a real strategy, or are the board simply reacting to disaster? 🍀 Who should fill the vacant Head of Football position? 🔔 SUBSCRIBE to the channel and turn on notifications so you never miss an ACSOM live stream or fan debate! ► Shop for ACSOM Merch: https://www.acsom.net/shop ► Register with The ACSOM Blog here: https://www.acsom.net/blog ► Visit Barras Art and Design (BAaD) here: https://www.baadglasgow.com/ ► Ready to have an AI that can tackle real work?
