ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Homesick is a dark fantasy audio drama by Austin Dai about war, family, and the terror of returning to a place that no longer feels like home.
After four years away at war, Garrick Verris returns to the city he once knew, expecting the humble comforts of home. Instead, he finds his family elevated into shocking wealth, living in a lavish mansion far removed from the life they once shared. As Garrick tries to reconnect with the parents and sister he left behind, the glittering façade of their new life begins to crack, revealing something far more disturbing beneath the surface.
Haunting, tragic, and richly atmospheric, Homesick explores class, exploitation, trauma, and the unbearable cost of ambition in a world where luxury can hide unspeakable cruelty.
