O TYM ODCINKU
Jesus has a special place in his heart for the deaf and mute. In this sermon passage from Mark 7, we observe an encounter he has one such person. Jesus healed the man, but his healing comes by speaking the word. It is the word of Jesus that liberates this man from his sufferings.
The One who opened the deaf man's ears would later go to the cross to open deaf hearts, loosen silent tongues, and open the way for sinners to come to God.
This sermon was preached by Rev Christopher Poshin David on October 18, 2026, at Trinity Presbyterian Church, Chennai.
