O TYM ODCINKU
In this episode, host Tina Waldrom sits down with Kerryn Sinapius, Senior Pastor of Shine Church in Victoria, to discuss focusing on church evangelism in growing a thriving faith community. Kerryn shares her journey from youth ministry to pastoring and how she developed a deep passion for reaching the lost. Throughout the conversation, Kerryn highlights the need for every church member—not just pastors or leaders—to take part in evangelism and play an active role in sharing their faith.
Kerryn also talks about the challenges pastors face in keeping evangelism a priority amid the many demands of church leadership. She stresses the importance of consistency in outreach efforts, as well as celebrating each life that comes to Christ. The discussion includes practical steps churches can take to stay focused on evangelism, from community engagement to fostering a culture of outreach within the congregation. Whether you’re a pastor, ministry leader, or church member looking to make a difference, this episode offers valuable insights into keeping evangelism at the heart of your church.
