O TYM ODCINKU
Talking Real Estate with John Gibson with our special guest Wayne ‘Junior’ Pearce. Where do we start and where do we end when chatting with deadset legend Wayne Pearce OAM. We give it a shot, the early days, his family ties to the Balmain area, and yes of course we talk Real Estate. We also chat business and sport with this humble educated superstar of Australian Sport. From humble beginnings, this fitness and sports science guru started with a hotdog stand at his beloved Leichhardt Oval, the eighth wonder of the world! A dedicated fitness fanatic, way before his time, a renowned non-drinker and was this a conscious decision?
John Gibson is feeling generous so out comes the cheque book just where will ‘Junior’ invest his 5M? We look at Junior’s first entry into the property market and track that very property via RP Data which goes to reinforce John Gibson’s long term approach to Real Estate investment.
We ask Wayne to define high performance and explore the science of teamwork. One incredible story is Operation Project Apollo, the pandemic hit & Wayne ‘Junior’ Pearce was chartered by NRL Chairman Peter V’Landys to help save the very existence of the NRL during this period and with his skillset, Pearce found a way and in doing so saved the game and the NRL became a pioneer for World sport.
