Lunch with Chris: The One Move Leaders Miss Inside Every Limbo Moment

You're in a circumstance you didn't choose and can't control. The moment you hit it, a mental mechanism kicks in — and the story your mind tells you out of that moment is already leading your next move.
Chris McAlister goes live every Wednesday at noon Eastern. This week is episode 2 of September's Limbo Moments series. Chris teaches the move leaders consistently miss inside the in-between: pausing the mental mechanism between a circumstance you can't control and the story you tell yourself out of it. When you learn to name what's happening in that gap — with real clarity — your brain reorganizes. You literally can't unsee it. From the nurse who spotted a runner by his biometrics, to Chris holding his own eviction notice in 2008, this episode names the exact space where leadership transformation begins.
