O TYM ODCINKU
There’s an image circulating on LinkedIn called "Understanding Why My Cup is Full." It illustrates the invisible layers of trauma, abandonment, systemic challenges, and mental exhaustion that overflow into our lives. This isn't just about being "too sensitive" or "not strong enough”-its about how accumulated, often unseen burdens saturate the soul.
📖Psalm 56:8 (TLV):
"You have taken account of my wanderings. Put my tears in Your bottle, are they not in Your book?"
The above verse assures us that not one tear is wasted, and not one burden goes unseen by the Elohim of Compassion.
The full cup is not weakness, it is the cry of a soul saturated by life’s storms. But Adonai doesn’t just acknowledge it. He offers to carry it with us.
📖Matthew 11:28 (TLV):
"Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
In trauma recovery and somatic healing, acknowledging what fills our cup is the first step to emptying it…gently, with grace, and in sacred partnership with the Ruach HaKodesh.
If your cup is full, you are not alone.🫶
There is room at the well where Living Water flows.💧
