EP 12: Steven Yang

In this episode of Scotty Huggins Unsupervised, I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Steven Yang, a skilled practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our conversation as we explore the philosophy behind TCM, its treatment processes and how it might align with our Western understanding of medical treatment.

TCM takes a holistic approach, seeking to address the root cause of illness and chronic conditions through techniques like acupuncture, massage and herbal remedies. This ancient practice has been around for at least 3,000 years, demonstrating a profound and comprehensive approach to health that often goes underappreciated in the Western world.

In this episode, we dive into the fundamentals of TCM, discussing its core principles and examine how it can offer a unique insight into health and wellbeing. If you've ever been curious about Chinese medicine or are interested in a holistic approach to health, you won't want to miss this enlightening conversation with Steven Yang.
