O TYM ODCINKU
What happens when your entire life changes in a single moment?
Lisa Appelo knows that journey firsthand.
At 45 years old, Lisa suddenly lost her husband of over twenty years, leaving her to raise seven children while navigating unimaginable grief. Instead of offering easy answers or a checklist for healing, Lisa shares how God faithfully met her one day at a time.
In this powerful episode of The Redeemed Podcast, Lauren Burns and Lisa discuss:
- Walking through the sudden loss of a spouse
- Raising seven children as a single parent
- Trusting God when prayers aren't answered the way we hoped
- The loneliness of grief
- How to support someone who is grieving
- Why God's Word became Lisa's lifeline
- The difference between asking "Why?" and asking "What now?"
- Finding hope in the God of all comfort
Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, facing disappointment, or simply wondering where God is in your pain, this conversation reminds us that God never leaves us alone.
