O TYM ODCINKU
Kelly reminded us that women business owners deserve to be both wealthy and well—because when we take care of ourselves, we create the capacity to lead, impact, and thrive.
Here are some key takeaways from the workshop:
Expanding capacity vs. managing stress – Instead of pushing through, how can you create more space in your life?
Trusting yourself in decision-making – Leading from clarity and values rather than reactivity. Handling challenges with awareness – Asking “How can I handle this level of hard better?” rather than feeling stuck.
Self-worth beyond productivity – You are valuable because of who you are, not just what you do.
The power of the “sacred pause” – A simple 90-second reset can shift your mindset and emotions.
Women are the change-makers this world needs, and we deserve full support to do our best work.
My biggest takeaway was to reframe my view of hard. When something feels hard, it’s not a sign to stop—it’s a sign that I’m growing, evolving, and on the path to making a real impact.
