Becky shares insights from her work as a happiness coach, discussing how focusing on daily meaning and gratitude can increase happiness more than external factors. She emphasizes aligning daily actions with personal values as a way to potentially discover one's purpose over time. Becky also provides perspective on building self-awareness and connecting with one's inner voice, especially for younger generations bombarded with external influences.
