O TYM ODCINKU
This is the second part of the 2-part episode on Confusion. I’m talking about the pattern of Confusion. Confusion and the way it shows up in our bodies & life is a pattern that so many of us experience. Being confused about the direction and the experience of “not knowing” can be a deeply challenging and debilitating one… until you give it more awareness and a perspective. In this non-linear stream of consciousness, I dive into a personal story of leadership & business, how Confusion is felt in the body-mind experience, some key signs and reasons for Confusion to set in, but most importantly, I give you transformational somatic + spiritual perspectives on how to befriend Confusion and see what invitation it has to give you. For my Gene Key lovers, I talk about Gene Key 64 and how I personally relate to it. I hope this episode inspires you, if it does, I’d love to know.
