O TYM ODCINKU
In episode 88 of Keep the Hotel Empty, we are thrilled to welcome Josh Frato, the talented vocalist for the metalcore band Spiritual Chaos. Josh opens up about his challenging upbringing and how it fueled the angsty emotions that he channels into his music. As a youth, Josh found solace in listening to metal, but it wasn't until later that he considered making music himself. He candidly shares his journey through two previous bands, admitting that he was fired from the second one for not meeting the skill level required. Despite these setbacks, both personal and professional, Josh's story is one of resilience. Each day, he focused on honing his craft, learning the techniques of extreme vocals, from fry to guttural screams, and has even won competitions put on by his idols, such as All That Remains. Josh’s dedication to his art is not only self-evident but is also supported by an amazing group of bandmates who help build and sustain Spiritual Chaos. Aside from his musical pursuits, Josh is also a passionate photographer, and we eagerly anticipate having him back on the show to explore this creative outlet further. This episode is a testament to the power of perseverance and the importance of surrounding oneself with a supportive community. Join us for an inspiring conversation that delves into the world of metalcore, artistic dedication, and the relentless pursuit of one's dreams.
