O TYM ODCINKU
I am excited to have Regan Forston; Hypnotherapist with Dolores Cannon and the Newton Institute, today to talk about Self love during these times of planetary shifts and the wisdom that we can gain from them.
As I Natasha Venter will talk about the wisdom these planets going forward and some of the other things we can do even though finding love is not always easy when we are going through some of these retrogrades because we get so triggered.
As we're triggered sometimes that's a good time to really come down into our empowerment to negotiate these patterns that we keep us in stock it in our old stories.
Sometimes if we look at these retrogrades as a moment where we can really negotiate things just like Saturn going into retrograde right now is about restructuring the way we do things so with that I'm looking forward to the deep conversation with Regan about the self love we can find during these times.
We also talked about starbeings and how we are breaking into new understandings.
Please remember your truth is your truth as these conversations come forward we're just here to help you negotiate our stories of our reality.
