O TYM ODCINKU
Miles Lukas nearly quit competing in jiu-jitsu because of anxiety. Finding breathwork changed his experience on the mat and eventually became the focus of his work helping others.
Miles is a second-degree Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and certified Wim Hof Method instructor. In episode two of Flowhold Fellowship, we talk about competition nerves, cold exposure, breathing under pressure, and learning how to switch off when life keeps asking you to do more.
We also get into journaling, gratitude, being present with your family, and the friendships that make jiu-jitsu more than just training. Along the way, we explore wearable brain-monitoring technology, consciousness, and a few ideas that take us well beyond the mats.
A conversation about training hard, finding some calm, and making room to enjoy the life you’re building.
