O TYM ODCINKU
She has it all. The career. The relationship. The house. The life everyone admires. So why is she crying in her car in the parking lot before she walks into work?
Liz Coleman is a certified transformational life coach with a degree in psychology. She works with women who look successful and steady from the outside but can't remember the last time they truly relaxed, the ones stuck overthinking every decision, always on, unable to switch off even when nothing is wrong. Liz shows them how to quiet the noise and start trusting themselves again.
And here's the alert she wants you to hear: the answer isn't better boundaries or a better calendar.
She built her approach the hard way. After years of chasing answers across therapy, medicine, and every wellness protocol on the market—each treating one slice in isolation—she built the MindLife Reset™: the whole-person process none of those specialists were doing. It works mind, body, and spirit as one system and eases you into change instead of adding one more thing to your plate.
Her message is rooted in a powerful truth: the answer isn't a better calendar, it's changing the inner stories driving the behavior, and working with the body that's holding it in place.
In this episode of Empowered Conversations, we talk about:
· What it means when a woman "has it all" but still feels empty
· Why successful women can't switch off or relax
· The search for answers across therapy, medicine, and wellness
· Why working on mindset alone doesn't bring real change
· The always-on nervous system and how to come down
· How to stop overthinking and trust yourself again
· Whole-person change without adding to your plate
· One truth for anyone who looks successful but feels empty
If you look successful on the outside but feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside, this conversation is for you.
The answer isn't a better calendar—it's coming home to yourself.
