Jackie is a Chicago-area abstract artist, educator, and creator of Brave Art & Creative Wellness with a YouTube channel with over 27,000 subscribers.

We get into:
- why we lose our sense of creativity in the first place
- what happens when you let yourself just make something
- how quickly your energy can shift
- and why this has nothing to do with being “good
