O TYM ODCINKU
You know that maddening moment when you promise yourself “never again” and then somehow end up right back in the same habit? Running late, spending you didn’t plan, putting yourself last, clutter creeping back in, procrastinating on the one task that matters most. We’re not treating that like a willpower issue. We’re treating it like a root cause issue.
We walk you through a mini coaching session you can do with a notebook in real time, using the Five Levels of Why (the Five Whys) to get to the thought beneath the thought. We take common struggles across time management, money habits, self-care, home organisation and work productivity, and show how the surface problem often points to something deeper: weak boundaries, guilt around rest, emotional regulation, control, fear of judgement, or even identity. When you can name what’s actually driving the behaviour, you stop chasing random tips that never stick.
Then we go further with the Vexenova technique, our practical framework for change: recognise what’s on repeat, reveal what’s underneath, replace the belief that isn’t serving you, rewrite what you’ll do differently, and reinforce the new pattern until it becomes natural. We also unpack the thought-belief-action-habit-life cycle, and (for those who want it) connect the process to Romans 12:2 and the renewing of your mind, blending Christian mindset coaching with real-world steps like delegation, boundaries and supportive rhythms.
If you’re ready to break cycles with support and accountability, we share how to connect with us and where to find deeper coaching inside the She’s Organised Hub. Subscribe, share this with a friend who’s stuck in a loop, and leave a review so more people can find practical help that goes deeper than the surface.

00:00:18.640 --> 00:00:18.879
Welcome to Beyond Organised, the podcast that helps you simplify your life and amplify your purpose. I'm Mel Schenker, life coach, speaker, founder of She's Organised, but, more importantly, a wife and mum of four little kids. If you've ever felt overwhelmed, like you're constantly juggling everything but never quite catching up, this is the place for you. Here we go beyond just the tidying up and creating systems. We're talking about real life strategies that bring order to your life, but also we talk about the things beyond the organising, the things that really matter, like your parenting relationships and so much more. So grab your coffee and let's dive in.
00:00:58.240 --> 00:01:06.959
There are things in our lives we genuinely want to change that somehow we keep ending up back in the same place.
00:01:06.959 --> 00:01:14.560
Whether that's running late, feeling like there's never enough time, spending when we said we wouldn't.
00:01:14.560 --> 00:01:20.560
Perhaps it's putting yourself last or clutter building back up in your home.
00:01:20.560 --> 00:01:25.200
We often try to fix the thing that we can see.
00:01:25.200 --> 00:01:32.400
But sometimes the thing we can see is simply pointing us towards something deeper.
00:01:32.400 --> 00:01:38.079
And today I want to show you how I use two of my coaching tools together.
00:01:38.079 --> 00:01:46.159
So one of them is the Vexanova technique, and the other one is five whys or five levels of why.
00:01:46.159 --> 00:01:49.359
So think of this as a mini coaching session.
00:01:49.359 --> 00:01:56.879
So I know that we've had a lot of episodes with guests and amazing information and stuff along the way.
00:01:56.879 --> 00:02:03.040
But today I actually want to invite you in to what it would be like being coached by me.
00:02:03.040 --> 00:02:09.039
So grab a notebook, choose something that you've been struggling with, and work through it with me.
00:02:09.039 --> 00:02:16.639
So I want to start by introducing the five whys, or five levels of why, which I tend to call it more.
00:02:16.639 --> 00:02:19.039
The five whys isn't something that I created.
00:02:19.039 --> 00:02:25.840
I actually had to go back and find who originally created this way of problem solving.
00:02:25.840 --> 00:02:40.080
And I believe I found the source, and it comes from a Japanese man, Sakichi Toyota, and became well known through Toyota, the car company, as a way of getting to the root cause of a problem.
00:02:40.080 --> 00:02:44.800
And so I've adapted this concept into the way that I coach.
00:02:44.800 --> 00:02:53.120
And I use it mainly within the reveal stage of the Vexenova technique, but it can be sort of a standalone kind of thing as well.
00:02:53.120 --> 00:02:58.400
And it really does help to uncover the thought beneath the thought.
00:02:58.400 --> 00:03:05.360
And so I'm going to help you work through this so you can actually practically apply it to your life.
00:03:05.360 --> 00:03:20.080
And I'm going to give you some examples on my five different pillars of time, home, work, money, and self-care of where you might find that something stands out and relates to you, but you can adapt it to your particular situation.
00:03:20.080 --> 00:03:23.360
And so we start with the thing that you think is the problem.
00:03:23.360 --> 00:03:25.759
So ask yourself why.
00:03:25.759 --> 00:03:32.159
Take that answer and ask why again and keep going five times.
00:03:32.159 --> 00:03:36.879
So we're looking for the thought beneath the thought.
00:03:36.879 --> 00:03:40.639
Sometimes you'll reach something meaningful at level three.
00:03:40.639 --> 00:03:43.199
Sometimes you need to go a little bit more than five.
00:03:43.199 --> 00:03:44.080
That's okay.
00:03:44.080 --> 00:03:49.120
Approach it with curiosity and kindness rather than trying to force an answer.
00:03:49.120 --> 00:03:53.039
Just get curious with how you go through this process.
00:03:53.039 --> 00:03:55.759
And so I'm going to give some different examples here.
00:03:55.759 --> 00:03:57.120
I'm going to start with time.
00:03:57.120 --> 00:04:00.080
I'm going to use the example, I never have enough time.
00:04:00.080 --> 00:04:01.520
I hear that all the time.
00:04:01.520 --> 00:04:06.400
Absolutely every single person that comes into my coaching space, this is what they say.
00:04:06.400 --> 00:04:08.240
I never have enough time.
00:04:08.240 --> 00:04:13.120
So this is one possible scenario.
00:04:13.120 --> 00:04:15.360
So we can ask why?
00:04:15.360 --> 00:04:18.160
Because there's always too much to get done.
00:04:18.160 --> 00:04:20.240
Why is there too much?
00:04:20.240 --> 00:04:23.519
Because I take responsibility for a lot of things.
00:04:23.519 --> 00:04:27.120
Why do you take responsibility for so much?
00:04:27.120 --> 00:04:31.920
Because when something needs doing, I automatically think I should do it.
00:04:31.920 --> 00:04:34.480
Why do you think you should do it?
00:04:34.480 --> 00:04:38.639
Because I know I can do it and I don't want to let anyone down.
00:04:38.639 --> 00:04:43.519
Why does letting someone down feel so uncomfortable for you?
00:04:43.519 --> 00:04:48.319
Because I've connected being dependable with always being available.
00:04:48.319 --> 00:04:53.439
Whew, that's pretty big in some ways there.
00:04:53.439 --> 00:04:56.720
And maybe the issue isn't actually a lack of time.
00:04:56.720 --> 00:05:00.959
It could be a boundary around availability and responsibility.
00:05:00.959 --> 00:05:16.639
And that opens up completely different solutions as well, from delegating, saying no, setting boundaries, delaying something, maybe even just lowering your own expectations around things or asking for help.
00:05:16.639 --> 00:05:22.000
That branches into a whole realm of solutions there.
00:05:22.000 --> 00:05:25.199
Now let's have a look at money.
00:05:25.199 --> 00:05:28.720
I keep spending money I didn't plan to spend.
00:05:28.720 --> 00:05:30.720
One example.
00:05:30.720 --> 00:05:32.800
So let's dive into that one.
00:05:32.800 --> 00:05:34.000
Why?
00:05:34.000 --> 00:05:37.439
Because I see something I want and buy it.
00:05:37.439 --> 00:05:40.079
Why do I buy it straight away?
00:05:40.079 --> 00:05:42.639
Because it feels like a little reward.
00:05:42.639 --> 00:05:46.319
Why does it feel like you need a reward?
00:05:46.319 --> 00:05:51.199
Because I've had a hard week and I've done so much for everyone else.
00:05:51.199 --> 00:05:54.319
Why does spending become the reward?
00:05:54.319 --> 00:05:59.199
Because it's quick, it's easy, and it gives me something that's just for me.
00:05:59.199 --> 00:06:04.399
Why are you needing to find those little moments through spending?
00:06:04.399 --> 00:06:11.360
Because I haven't intentionally created other ways to care for myself or enjoy what I already have.
00:06:11.360 --> 00:06:18.319
Now, this may be less about budgeting and more about emotional regulation or even self-care.
00:06:18.319 --> 00:06:27.360
So just because this started off as potentially a money issue and maybe a money pillar doesn't mean it necessarily stays there.
00:06:27.360 --> 00:06:32.480
We could move into self-care, move into time, all these things are connected.
00:06:32.480 --> 00:06:39.920
So digging deeper can help you reveal the real root cause of this problem.
00:06:39.920 --> 00:06:42.639
Now let's take self-care.
00:06:42.639 --> 00:06:45.519
I never make time for myself.
00:06:45.519 --> 00:06:48.720
That's a really common one that I hear as well.
00:06:48.720 --> 00:06:50.800
So I'd ask why?
00:06:50.800 --> 00:06:53.920
Because there's always more important things to do.
00:06:53.920 --> 00:06:56.720
Why are those things more important?
00:06:56.720 --> 00:07:00.079
Because other people are relying on me.
00:07:00.079 --> 00:07:03.199
Perhaps your family, things like that.
00:07:03.199 --> 00:07:07.199
Why does that mean your needs have to wait?
00:07:07.199 --> 00:07:11.120
Because I feel better taking care of everyone else first.
00:07:11.120 --> 00:07:16.560
Why do you need everyone else taken care of before you can rest?
00:07:16.560 --> 00:07:22.079
Because otherwise I feel guilty sitting down when something still needs to be done.
00:07:22.079 --> 00:07:24.319
Why do you feel guilty?
00:07:24.319 --> 00:07:29.839
Because somewhere along the way, I started believing that rest has to be earned.
00:07:29.839 --> 00:07:36.000
Now, maybe the issue here isn't finding 30 minutes.
00:07:36.000 --> 00:07:47.920
It's actually around permission, dealing with the guilt and perhaps why you feel guilty in taking some time out for yourself.
00:07:47.920 --> 00:08:05.439
So if I only coached this person facing this problem in a time management kind of way, of okay, let's try and make time and fit in this self-care, I wouldn't actually be coaching the real problem, wouldn't really be getting to the heart of it.
00:08:05.439 --> 00:08:22.000
So that's why when I have these one-on-one sessions with people, when I'm in my group coaching sessions inside of the She's Organized Hub, I do dig that bit deeper because I'm helping you uncover things that you've perhaps never seen before.
00:08:22.000 --> 00:08:26.560
So moving on to a home example.
00:08:26.560 --> 00:08:29.279
My house keeps getting cluttered.
00:08:29.279 --> 00:08:41.279
I think most people do come to me because they see physically around them in their space the disorganization and they get overwhelmed by their environment.
00:08:41.279 --> 00:08:44.399
And then this is where we start to unpack so much more.
00:08:44.399 --> 00:08:45.919
So I'll read that one again.
00:08:45.919 --> 00:08:48.799
My house keeps getting cluttered.
00:08:48.799 --> 00:08:50.799
Okay, so why?
00:08:50.799 --> 00:08:52.879
Because things aren't getting put away.
00:08:52.879 --> 00:08:54.159
Makes sense.
00:08:54.159 --> 00:08:56.639
But why aren't things getting put away?
00:08:56.639 --> 00:09:02.960
Because by the end of the day, I'm exhausted and just put things wherever, wherever they happen to land.
00:09:02.960 --> 00:09:05.519
Why are you so exhausted?
00:09:05.519 --> 00:09:11.120
Because I'm carrying so much of the household load, even mental load.
00:09:11.120 --> 00:09:13.759
Why are you carrying so much of it?
00:09:13.759 --> 00:09:19.600
Because it's easier to do things myself than explain, delegate, or wait for someone else.
00:09:19.600 --> 00:09:24.799
Why do you feel like you need to do it all yourself?
00:09:24.799 --> 00:09:31.919
Because I have a particular standard for how things should be done, and letting go of that feels uncomfortable.
00:09:31.919 --> 00:09:34.879
Now that's one possible example.
00:09:34.879 --> 00:09:40.159
And believe me, I've heard hundreds of different variations of this.
00:09:40.159 --> 00:09:50.399
But going off this example, maybe the answer it isn't more order and storage containers and pretty pantries and all of that kind of stuff.
00:09:50.399 --> 00:10:02.000
Maybe we're actually dealing with your capacity or delegation, expectations, or most likely the need for control.
00:10:02.000 --> 00:10:11.120
Now, even that need for control can go so much deeper again if we were to unpack it further.
00:10:11.120 --> 00:10:13.279
So, yeah.
00:10:13.279 --> 00:10:20.720
This is why I never just take what you tell me at face value.
00:10:20.720 --> 00:10:24.159
And I unpack it and why, why, why?
00:10:24.159 --> 00:10:28.159
Like an annoying little kid that's trying to understand how things work.
00:10:28.159 --> 00:10:30.159
I keep asking why.
00:10:30.159 --> 00:10:35.360
Now, I will finish off this example with a work example.
00:10:35.360 --> 00:10:45.200
So I hear this a bit too when it comes to people's work, study, the things that they need to get done in terms of contribution in their life.
00:10:45.200 --> 00:10:49.600
I keep procrastinating on this thing I know I need to do.
00:10:49.600 --> 00:10:52.639
So procrastination is a problem.
00:10:52.639 --> 00:11:02.240
So this could be your business, could be your employment, it could be your volunteer work, could even be things around the home if you are a stay-at-home mum.
00:11:02.240 --> 00:11:03.840
This is your contribution.
00:11:03.840 --> 00:11:06.960
So let's unpack this one around procrastination.
00:11:06.960 --> 00:11:08.000
Why?
00:11:08.000 --> 00:11:11.519
Because I keep finding other things to do instead.
00:11:11.519 --> 00:11:14.720
Why are you choosing other things?
00:11:14.720 --> 00:11:18.000
Because they're easier and I know how to do them.
00:11:18.000 --> 00:11:22.080
Why does this particular task feel harder then?
00:11:22.080 --> 00:11:26.960
Because it puts me out there and people will see what I've created.
00:11:26.960 --> 00:11:30.320
Why does that bother you?
00:11:30.320 --> 00:11:32.879
Because they might not like it.
00:11:32.879 --> 00:11:34.960
Or it might not work.
00:11:34.960 --> 00:11:39.600
Why does that feel so significant?
00:11:39.600 --> 00:11:44.639
Because I'm attaching the outcome of what I create to what it says about me.
00:11:44.639 --> 00:11:50.320
Now, maybe we're not dealing with procrastination in this.
00:11:50.320 --> 00:11:58.960
We could be dealing with fear of judgment, failure, but likely a level of identity.
00:11:58.960 --> 00:12:08.639
There is something in you that hasn't been properly broken off you yet, or hasn't been broken through yet.
00:12:08.639 --> 00:12:28.240
And so another productivity system, it might help you organize the task itself, but there's also something much deeper that needs addressing, especially if we are talking identity, because your whole world shifts and your whole perception shifts around that.
00:12:28.240 --> 00:12:44.240
Now, when it comes to going through these five levels of why, you can use it for absolutely anything when you catch yourself thinking some sort of lie or limiting belief or something that's holding you back.
00:12:44.240 --> 00:12:47.759
You really want to kind of understand a little bit more.
00:12:47.759 --> 00:12:54.559
Now, I also have something called the Vexenova technique.
00:12:54.559 --> 00:12:57.279
This is my technique.
00:12:57.279 --> 00:12:58.879
This is unique to me.
00:12:58.879 --> 00:13:02.240
However, the concept itself is not unique.
00:13:02.240 --> 00:13:08.000
It is something that many others out there have in other varying forms.
00:13:08.000 --> 00:13:14.240
And there's a lot of professional resources around how this type of method works.
00:13:14.240 --> 00:13:23.679
But this breakdown of it and how I go about it and the frameworks, this is what worked for me for many years before I could even put the words to it.
00:13:23.679 --> 00:13:28.720
So this is my technique, and it is unique to she's organized.
00:13:28.720 --> 00:13:35.440
And so I'm going to help break this through so then you can apply this to your situation.
00:13:35.440 --> 00:13:40.000
Now, awareness, it's wonderful.
00:13:40.000 --> 00:13:43.279
But we actually want to do something with that.
00:13:43.279 --> 00:13:51.120
So you might have become aware of something when you're going through those five layers of why there and you're breaking it down.
00:13:51.120 --> 00:13:57.200
You know what it is now, but you're thinking, what do I do about it?
00:13:57.200 --> 00:13:58.799
How do I change it?
00:13:58.799 --> 00:14:02.240
This is where the Vexanova technique comes in.
00:14:02.240 --> 00:14:04.799
So there's five R's in it.
00:14:04.799 --> 00:14:07.279
Now, the first one is recognize.
00:14:07.279 --> 00:14:10.000
So what are you noticing?
00:14:10.000 --> 00:14:15.039
What's happening on repeat, day in, day out?
00:14:15.039 --> 00:14:20.320
What behavior, reaction, or thought keeps showing up for you?
00:14:20.320 --> 00:14:23.039
Name the surface level problem.
00:14:23.039 --> 00:14:26.240
That is recognize.
00:14:26.240 --> 00:14:33.759
Now, reveal, this is where those five whys can really come into play and make it more useful for you.
00:14:33.759 --> 00:14:36.320
Now, what's underneath this?
00:14:36.320 --> 00:14:40.320
Why are you responding this way?
00:14:40.320 --> 00:14:42.480
What are you believing?
00:14:42.480 --> 00:14:45.279
What are you afraid might happen?
00:14:45.279 --> 00:14:49.200
What expectations are you perhaps carrying around this?
00:14:49.200 --> 00:14:53.120
So, what is that thought beneath the thought?
00:14:53.120 --> 00:14:56.480
Now, the third step is replace.
00:14:56.480 --> 00:15:04.799
So now that you've found the new belief that you that you have, what is true about it?
00:15:04.799 --> 00:15:09.600
Now, I like to weigh it up with scripture as a Christian.
00:15:09.600 --> 00:15:11.759
What does scripture say about it?
00:15:11.759 --> 00:15:22.799
Now, this could be around what you have been believing as true or as fact, which in fact is not helping you or serving you.
00:15:22.799 --> 00:15:31.360
You can unpack that more, but you can also unpack what you want to replace it with instead.
00:15:31.360 --> 00:15:35.120
What would a healthier belief around this look like?
00:15:35.120 --> 00:15:40.399
And what do you want to believe and operate from instead?
00:15:40.399 --> 00:15:45.360
Now, this isn't just making up some random belief here.
00:15:45.360 --> 00:15:55.600
We might be going on about, you know, I don't believe I'm good enough to I am worthy of being looked after.
00:15:55.600 --> 00:15:57.519
Whatever it is.
00:15:57.519 --> 00:16:07.200
So it's taking that thing that is not serving you and turning it into something that is going to serve you and look after you.
00:16:07.200 --> 00:16:10.159
And eventually those around you too.
00:16:10.159 --> 00:16:12.799
Now rewrite.
00:16:12.799 --> 00:16:20.480
So if you've lived from this new belief, what would it actually do differently for you?
00:16:20.480 --> 00:16:23.840
What boundary needs to change?
00:16:23.840 --> 00:16:31.200
What conversations perhaps need to happen in order for this to take effect?
00:16:31.200 --> 00:16:35.919
Maybe a system needs to change here.
00:16:35.919 --> 00:16:45.039
Maybe it's around the 4D filter that I have in the Beltrix method, around delete, delegate, delay, do differently.
00:16:45.039 --> 00:16:48.559
Maybe it's something practical on that sense.
00:16:48.559 --> 00:16:56.879
What is an intentional step you can make here to move you towards where you want to be?
00:16:56.879 --> 00:17:00.639
That's rewriting in this case.
00:17:00.639 --> 00:17:03.200
And then we want to reinforce it.
00:17:03.200 --> 00:17:07.839
So now this new pattern needs to be on repeat.
00:17:07.839 --> 00:17:10.880
How are you going to remind yourself of this?
00:17:10.880 --> 00:17:14.559
What happens when old thoughts come back in?
00:17:14.559 --> 00:17:18.880
What system or rhythms?
00:17:18.880 --> 00:17:23.759
I like to use rhythms, support this new response.
00:17:23.759 --> 00:17:30.720
And how do you practice this until it becomes normal and natural for you?
00:17:30.720 --> 00:17:43.279
Breaking down that vexenova technique, going through the recognize, reveal, replace, rewrite, reinforce, using those five Y's to help you with that.
00:17:43.279 --> 00:17:49.440
You can seriously change some of the beliefs you have around things.
00:17:49.440 --> 00:18:02.000
Now, another cycle that I use here is one where it shows a cycle of thought, belief, action, habit, life.
00:18:02.000 --> 00:18:05.599
Circles back around the thought, belief, action, habit, life.
00:18:05.599 --> 00:18:07.599
And it keeps going around and around.
00:18:07.599 --> 00:18:15.279
The thought we repeatedly entertain can become something that we believe.
00:18:15.279 --> 00:18:28.240
So this is partly what we are doing with that Vexenova technique is we have to consciously think about it to the point where it actually then becomes automatic, natural.
00:18:28.240 --> 00:18:32.079
And so that then forms a new belief.
00:18:32.079 --> 00:18:42.240
Now to go further, so sort of zoom out into how that plays in our life, you have your thoughts, right?
00:18:42.240 --> 00:18:43.680
You're rewriting them.
00:18:43.680 --> 00:18:45.680
They become your beliefs.
00:18:45.680 --> 00:18:49.200
But those beliefs influence how you act.
00:18:49.200 --> 00:18:53.039
And repeated actions become habits.
00:18:53.039 --> 00:18:57.920
And then those habits shape how you experience your everyday life.
00:18:57.920 --> 00:19:11.359
And to be honest, it is a full circle thing here because your everyday experiences will feed new thoughts back into the cycle.
00:19:11.359 --> 00:19:13.440
And it goes back around again.
00:19:13.440 --> 00:19:16.319
Thoughts, beliefs, actions, habits, life.
00:19:16.319 --> 00:19:32.319
This is why getting underneath the surface can be so powerful because the easiest way to interrupt this cycle, if you want to change the way that you go about your life.
00:19:32.319 --> 00:19:34.000
Now, this could be used for anything.
00:19:34.000 --> 00:19:37.039
This could be used for weight loss.
00:19:37.039 --> 00:19:40.000
This could be used for anxiety.
00:19:40.000 --> 00:19:46.319
This could be used for just navigating how you respond to your kids.
00:19:46.319 --> 00:19:52.079
Like this can actually be pretty powerful and used for a lot of things, not just organizing.
00:19:52.079 --> 00:20:03.599
But I try to keep it simple because I want you to understand how it works and the concept of it first, so you can put it together.
00:20:03.599 --> 00:20:16.400
And I find that all of this comes back to the scripture in Romans 12, 2, where it talks about being transformed by the renewing of your mind.
00:20:16.400 --> 00:20:24.400
I mean, there is stuff in there that science is only just catching up to now that was written thousands of years ago.
00:20:24.400 --> 00:20:25.920
God knows.
00:20:25.920 --> 00:20:34.960
God knows how powerful our thoughts can be and how that can end up dictating a lot of what happens in our life.
00:20:34.960 --> 00:20:44.640
And so this is interrupting that pattern and helping rewrite a more positive, productive, healthy way of thinking.
00:20:44.640 --> 00:21:06.640
So just to reiterate and give a bit of an example here, if we're looking at just say, I don't have time for myself, if we recognize I keep telling myself I don't have time for myself, that's that form's underrecognized, we could reveal, once we've done the five whys, that I've actually come to believe that rest needs to be earned.
00:21:06.640 --> 00:21:13.920
And so then we could replace that with something like, my worth isn't measured by how much I get done.
00:21:13.920 --> 00:21:21.119
All rest helps me steward my capacity and care well for the responsibilities God has given me.
00:21:21.119 --> 00:21:26.319
Replace it with something good and then rewrite it.
00:21:26.319 --> 00:21:29.920
So what changes if you actually believe that?
00:21:29.920 --> 00:21:33.200
Maybe you do protect 30 minutes of your time.
00:21:33.200 --> 00:21:39.279
Maybe you leave the washing until tomorrow because it's actually really not that big a deal.
00:21:39.279 --> 00:21:44.559
Maybe you could ask your husband to help with bedtime with the kids.
00:21:44.559 --> 00:21:51.759
Maybe you just stop filling every available pocket of time up with things to the point where you burn out.
00:21:51.759 --> 00:21:53.759
And then we reinforce it.
00:21:53.759 --> 00:21:55.680
So just keep practicing it over and over.
00:21:55.680 --> 00:22:03.039
And as soon as you catch yourself thinking something that doesn't align with this, I should be doing something productive right now.
00:22:03.039 --> 00:22:04.880
Anything along those thoughts.
00:22:04.880 --> 00:22:08.160
And you bring it back to what you know is true.
00:22:08.160 --> 00:22:09.759
What's fact?
00:22:09.759 --> 00:22:11.119
What's positive?
00:22:11.119 --> 00:22:14.000
What's God saying with all of this?
00:22:14.000 --> 00:22:18.720
So that can give you an example of tying all this together.
00:22:18.720 --> 00:22:23.119
Now, I only have so much time to go through all of this.
00:22:23.119 --> 00:22:25.440
And yes, I've given you a little bit of the how.
00:22:25.440 --> 00:22:30.480
But it can be quite overwhelming processing all these things yourself.
00:22:30.480 --> 00:22:33.440
Yeah, you could take the time to go through it.
00:22:33.440 --> 00:22:36.319
Do it all yourself and work through it.
00:22:36.319 --> 00:22:39.519
But are you going to stay accountable?
00:22:39.519 --> 00:22:47.279
Are you going to find it so easy that you don't need any support and you don't need any help?
00:22:47.279 --> 00:22:48.880
Maybe.
00:22:48.880 --> 00:22:54.480
But for those of you that know that you need some support around this.
00:22:54.480 --> 00:23:00.640
And when you start actually going through some of these levels and you think, my goodness, this is deep.
00:23:00.640 --> 00:23:03.519
This is actually a lot deeper than I was expecting.
00:23:03.519 --> 00:23:05.359
And I don't know where to go from here.
00:23:05.359 --> 00:23:07.440
I actually don't know how to handle this.
00:23:07.440 --> 00:23:09.279
And it's stirring up a lot of things.
00:23:09.279 --> 00:23:14.480
Now, I am not a therapist, psychologist, anything like that.
00:23:14.480 --> 00:23:16.480
I'm a life coach.
00:23:16.480 --> 00:23:26.319
I actually help you just apply these things practically to your everyday, to walk through with you every day.
00:23:26.319 --> 00:23:30.160
As things pop up in your day, I'm there to help you.
00:23:30.160 --> 00:23:33.680
I'm there every day throughout the day going through things.
00:23:33.680 --> 00:23:37.119
And whenever you need me, you can reach out.
00:23:37.119 --> 00:23:45.039
So that is what I'm also there for inside the She's Organized Hub.
00:23:45.039 --> 00:23:51.359
Now, I haven't taken nearly enough time to go through this properly.
00:23:51.359 --> 00:23:57.200
But inside the She's Organized Hub, I have created what I call the mental declutter course.
00:23:57.200 --> 00:24:01.200
Now that is a lot more in-depth, a lot more extensive.
00:24:01.200 --> 00:24:06.160
I touch on these things, but I also go a lot deeper and I expand on it.
00:24:06.160 --> 00:24:08.480
There's a lot in there.
00:24:08.480 --> 00:24:23.519
And so if you are wanting to go deeper on this and you're wanting support and accountability and someone to just encourage you and keep you going, I really do encourage you to join the Shees Organized Hub on our VIP level.
00:24:23.519 --> 00:24:25.519
It's $47 a month.
00:24:25.519 --> 00:24:33.839
It's not much at all, given how this can literally change the whole trajectory of your life.
00:24:33.839 --> 00:24:44.799
I know that can sound pretty bold, but I believe it and I stand by it, and I've had so many clients use it that I know that this works.
00:24:44.799 --> 00:24:55.680
And so if you are ready to start breaking the cycles, to start changing the way that you go about things, I encourage you to use what I've given you today.
00:24:55.680 --> 00:25:01.279
But I also encourage you to come join me inside the She's Organized Hub to get that support.
00:25:01.279 --> 00:25:09.039
And if you really are wanting more one-on-one accountability, more personalized support, reach out to me.
00:25:09.039 --> 00:25:14.880
I have got a little bit of space and capacity at the moment to take on a couple more clients.
00:25:14.880 --> 00:25:18.400
And depending when you hear this, I may or may not have some space.
00:25:18.400 --> 00:25:21.440
But reach out and I will let you know.
00:25:21.440 --> 00:25:26.160
But please take your time with this.
00:25:26.160 --> 00:25:29.440
Give yourself some grace around this too.
00:25:29.440 --> 00:25:40.240
Because from what I've seen with the clients I've worked with, this can bring up some pretty heavy stuff, some stuff that you may actually need more professional help around.
00:25:40.240 --> 00:25:49.279
And may I encourage you that it's not weak to get that help and to seek that kind of support as well.
00:25:49.279 --> 00:26:13.759
But if you do find that some of these things are bigger and you're like, okay, I can work through this, but I am going to need someone to help me keep going through this because I could see me wanting to procrastinate, wanting to give up, not having enough time, all of that, then I encourage you come inside the She's Organized Hub.
00:26:13.759 --> 00:26:14.960
Let me help you.
00:26:14.960 --> 00:26:17.200
That is my main place where I support people.
00:26:17.200 --> 00:26:18.880
Now you can join for free.
00:26:18.880 --> 00:26:22.160
The community is free as of recording this.
00:26:22.160 --> 00:26:27.839
And I can help give you some basic support through the community.
00:26:27.839 --> 00:26:35.920
But it is so much deeper when you can show up to the live coaching calls, we can work through things together.
00:26:35.920 --> 00:26:41.920
Perhaps you want more one-on-one coaching, we get access to me throughout the week as well.
00:26:41.920 --> 00:26:45.359
What have you got to lose?
00:26:45.359 --> 00:26:48.480
$47 a month?
00:26:48.480 --> 00:26:51.359
What have you got to gain?
00:26:51.359 --> 00:26:53.920
Your whole future.
00:26:53.920 --> 00:26:59.680
So I encourage you, reach out if you've got any questions.
00:26:59.680 --> 00:27:01.359
I love to hear from you.
00:27:01.359 --> 00:27:09.119
If you just want to talk to me, get to know me a little bit more, and have me get to know you, because I would love that very much.
00:27:09.119 --> 00:27:10.720
Jump into my DMs.
00:27:10.720 --> 00:27:12.319
I'm on Instagram.
00:27:12.319 --> 00:27:15.519
She's dot organized with an S.
00:27:15.519 --> 00:27:17.519
I'm there.
00:27:17.519 --> 00:27:19.519
And I want to support you.
00:27:19.519 --> 00:27:21.440
And you don't have to pay me for that.
00:27:21.440 --> 00:27:23.119
Just jump in and say hello.
00:27:23.119 --> 00:27:24.960
Let me know what's going on.
00:27:24.960 --> 00:27:27.920
I can maybe point you towards something that can help.
00:27:27.920 --> 00:27:31.680
If $47 a month is still a big stretch.
00:27:31.680 --> 00:27:36.400
Let me walk through this with you.
00:27:36.400 --> 00:27:46.559
Especially if you have been here a while and you've heard how this podcast has evolved and changed and how much I've grown and what I've learned.
00:27:46.559 --> 00:27:58.000
Yes, I've been coaching for a few years, but this year alone, things have taken a huge shift and a huge leap because God has done so much more in me.
00:27:58.000 --> 00:28:05.440
And I'm ready to impart what I've learned and what I know to help you be better.
00:28:05.440 --> 00:28:17.599
So I'm hoping that today's episode was helpful to give you a little bit of insight as to how I coach, even though it really was just a real small glimpse.
00:28:17.599 --> 00:28:21.920
There is so much more that I incorporate, so much more that I can do.
00:28:21.920 --> 00:28:25.279
But I'm not going to give it all away for free either.
00:28:25.279 --> 00:28:30.559
And I would need way too much time than we have for in this.
00:28:30.559 --> 00:28:36.960
But I'm hoping that it gives you an idea as to the way that I coach and the style.
00:28:36.960 --> 00:28:47.440
And I can tell you now, all of this comes from a place of really caring about you, being there for you, being your cheerleader if you're needing it.
00:28:47.440 --> 00:28:49.759
Yes, I can keep you accountable.
00:28:49.759 --> 00:28:54.400
Yes, I can be a bit stern and firm if that's what you are needing.
00:28:54.400 --> 00:28:55.839
And I can see that.
00:28:55.839 --> 00:29:08.880
But a lot of the time, you just need someone in your corner, just encouraging you and being positive and kind to you because you haven't been kind to yourself.
00:29:08.880 --> 00:29:11.599
Let me be that coach for you.
00:29:11.599 --> 00:29:16.079
So if you have any questions, you know where to find me.
00:29:16.079 --> 00:29:18.160
All the details are in the show notes.
00:29:18.160 --> 00:29:20.559
And I really hope you got a lot out of this.
00:29:20.559 --> 00:29:23.519
And if you need to go back through it again, please do.
00:29:23.519 --> 00:29:25.119
Take your time.
00:29:25.119 --> 00:29:26.480
Sit with it.
00:29:26.480 --> 00:29:31.119
And work through it and pray as you go through it as well.
00:29:31.119 --> 00:29:33.200
Speak to you next week.
00:29:33.200 --> 00:29:33.440
