OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
What if your birth chart was a literal map to your soul's liberation?
Most people treat astrology like a personality quiz. But evolutionary astrologer and somatic coach Amanda Frederick uses it as a precision tool, one that reveals why you keep sabotaging yourself, what wounds you are carrying in your body, and exactly where you are meant to grow next.
In this episode, Amanda breaks down Will's entire chart live: six Capricorn placements, a Pisces rising, and a structural blueprint built for multi-generational wealth. Then she goes even deeper into the body itself, revealing why talk therapy alone often fails and how somatic bodywork can unlock chronic emotional pain that words never reach.
This one will shift how you see yourself.
IN THIS EPISODE:
- The North and South Nodes: Why your South Node is a comfort trap keeping you from your actual destiny
- The Big Three: Sun (who you are), Moon (what makes you feel safe), Rising (how the world sees you)
- Planetary Degrees: What 0 to 30 degrees reveals about the maturity of each archetype in your psyche
- Will's Chart Deep-Dive: Six Capricorn placements, Pisces rising, and what it means for his 35-generation family legacy
- Why Talk Therapy Plateaus: Trauma lives in the body. You cannot think your way out of a felt experience
- Somatic Bodywork Explained: How to release generational trauma, birth trauma, and chronic physical tension stored in the body
- The Polarity Mechanism: How toggling between pain and pleasure literally rewires your nervous system's defense pathways
KEY INSIGHTS:
- Your South Node represents mastered skills. Easy, comfortable, and a trap.
- Your North Node is unfamiliar, uncomfortable, and your actual purpose.
- Emotional wounds are physical. They live in your shoulders, chest, and throat.
- Pleasure is not indulgent. It is a healing resource.
- Leaning into the unknown is how real growth happens.
