OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
In this heartfelt episode of UThink, Rose Garofano sits down with Tim Hewson, CEO and Founder of Mongrels Men, to explore what it truly means to connect, listen, and lead with empathy.
After nearly three decades in banking, Tim shifted his focus to building spaces where men can talk openly, support one another, and challenge the stigma around mental wellbeing.
Together, Rose and Tim discuss:
💡 The power of empathy in creating real connection
💡 What it means to redefine masculinity in today’s world
💡 How loneliness and “functioning unwellness” impact modern life
💡 Why safe spaces, leadership, and listening without fixing truly matter
This is an inspiring and grounded conversation about courage, community, and creating a world where vulnerability becomes strength.
