OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
In this special Family Weekend Refresher message, guest speaker Ray McCormick explores one of the most foundational relationships in life: the relationship between children and their parents.
Preaching from Ephesians 6:1–3 and Exodus 20:12, Bro. McCormick explains why honoring and obeying parents is more than a family principle, it is a command from God that comes with a unique promise. Through biblical teaching, practical illustrations, and personal testimony, this message highlights the importance of authority, submission, forgiveness, and intentional parenting in shaping the next generation.
Whether you are a parent seeking wisdom, a grandparent investing in your family, or a young person learning to navigate life, this sermon offers timeless truth about God's design for the home and the lasting impact of honoring His order.
At a time when many young people are walking away from the faith, this message serves as a powerful reminder that strong families are built when God's Word becomes the foundation of everyday life.
