OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Listeners will learn why we get into self sabotaging behavior like busy-ness, procrastination, perfectionism, stress, self criticism, and self doubt and how we can change those patterns effectively by using a gentle process called Core Transformation without having to rely on willpower or force. As a result of going through this process, people find that it feels easier to step outside their comfort zone and not allow their inner critics or inner resistance to get in the way.
Alina specializes in subconscious change and helps conscious leaders and creative souls transform self-sabotage, fear, and inner-criticism into impact, success, and well-being. Part of what makes her work unique is a method called Core Transformation, which is a gentle process that allows us to work with different "parts" of ourselves that are stuck in un-wanted patterns of behavior and create profound inner change without having to struggle or rely on willpower.
Free Giveaway: I'd love to offer 20% off their first Core Transformation session if they mention your podcast.
