OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Welcome to the third episode of That'll Teach Ya! The show that aims to teach you all the things that school just didn't.
In our last few episodes we have focused on our tax and our superannuation… our ‘financial wellbeing’ if you will. In this episode, Thing 1 & Thing 2 absorb some knowledge on fitness and wellbeing lead by the hand of the lovely Lys Clark, founder and trainer extraordinaire at her group fitness studio ‘Under The Bar’. Lys takes our hosts through the start of her passion for fitness and health - physical and mental - and translates her practice into actionable nuggets of gold that our audience can walk away with.
Lys and her baby (the business we mean) have been in each other's lives for coming up to 5 years - and as she'll tell you, it was from very humble beginnings. Not only adapting to and tackling what the last few years have thrown at her (*cough* covid *cough*), she has expanded with a second business venture, 'To The Core', a Pilates studio where she remains adamant that a class in this studio will humble even the most dedicated of gym rats.
