And "The Right Clients: Choose who you work with, reclaim your energy and lead with authenticity"
Together they discuss how knowing your core values and having them clearly defined can help you grow your business, attract the right people to work with you and the right client for your product.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
- Including a values system in the presentation of your business allows you to create true meaning and value in what you do.
- Keep life on your terms by running your business how you wish and avoiding letting your business run you.
- If we are purpose-driven entrepreneurs, our values are at the root of our setup so it is advisable to not lose touch with them as you progress.
- If you can place your values front and centre of your recruitment process you can achieve a better fit of personnel for your operation.
- Anti-values, or things you don’t stand for, can be used to clearly define your values.
BEST MOMENTS
'Meaningful work. Powerful words.’
‘What makes this work meaningful to me is when clients feel aligned to their work, to their words and to their world.’’
‘What do you not stand for?’
‘Work on your terms doesn’t have to be against your people.’
'Value inclusion leads to fulfilment.’
