OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
What does it look like to break free from spiritual bondage, overcome fear, and find true freedom in Jesus? In this week's episode of SeeKing Podcast, Adam sits down with Jenny Joy to hear her powerful testimony of being introduced to witchcraft as a child, experiencing spiritual oppression, and eventually encountering the freedom found in Jesus Christ. Jenny opens up about the traumatic experiences that shaped her early life, including childhood sexual abuse, and how these experiences became part of a much deeper spiritual battle.
Jenny shares how she was introduced to practices like the Ouija board at a young age and began experiencing terrifying encounters that she didn't understand. She also discusses the connection between trauma, fear, and spiritual oppression, explaining how difficult it can be to recognize unhealthy spiritual influences and find the courage to walk away from them.
The conversation takes an honest look at the fear of leaving unhealthy relationships and environments, the struggle to forgive those who have caused pain, and the challenge of choosing obedience to God when other people might not understand. Jenny explains how her journey toward Jesus involved difficult decisions, healing, and learning to trust God's direction even when the next step wasn't easy.
Jenny also shares about her experiences with deliverance ministry, including going through 30 exorcisms, and what she believes God has taught her through those experiences. Adam and Jenny discuss the importance of discernment, the dangers of toxic prophecy, and why Christians need to keep their focus on Jesus rather than living in constant fear of spiritual darkness.
Above all, this episode is a reminder that your past does not have to define your future. No matter what you've experienced, you can seek Jesus, find freedom in Him, and trust Him to lead you out of situations that are keeping you bound by fear. If you've struggled with trauma, spiritual confusion, unhealthy relationships, or the fear of taking a step of faith, Jenny's testimony is an invitation to keep seeking God and trust Him with your story.
