OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Jasveen Sangha, the "Ketamine Queen," was just sentenced to 15 years in prison for her role in Matthew Perry's death. But the media is missing the most important part of the story.
As an ER doctor who has supervised over 3,000 ketamine infusions, I am terrified by the chilling effect this case will have. Matthew Perry did not die in a medical clinic. He died because he was injected with an anesthetic dose of illicit street drugs by an untrained assistant.
In this video, I break down the exact facts of the case (straight from the DOJ and the LA County Medical Examiner), the critical difference between street drugs and clinical medicine, and why ketamine therapy remains one of the most profound breakthroughs for treatment-resistant depression and PTSD.
I also share my own story of surviving suicidal ideation, and why I fear that the misinformation surrounding this case will cost lives.
