OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
You can't kill me, you can only make me dead! Welcome to pcmc, your one-stop-shop for non-toxic fandom and pop culture ephemera! On today's show, host Mike Bongiorno is joined again by friend of the show, Peter Marsh (The Lasser Cast / Comic Books Transformed). Mike and Peter are back again talking about the oddball sci-fi/horror screenwriter Dan O'Bannon. This week's topic is the 1981 horror film Dead & Buried. A movie O'Bannon contributed to but didn't totally write. Nonetheless, the guys are making their way through O'Bannon's filmography, and this film is a hidden gem. Part vampire movie, part zombie movie, part voodoo movie, yet entirely unique. If you like this episode, come back next week for a discussion focusing on another film by Dan O'Bannon.
