OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
E21 – Keep It Moving: Overcoming Setbacks, Delays & Stagnancy
In this episode, I’m sharing a real and raw word that’s been on my heart all year:
Keep it moving.
Life comes with unexpected twists—like when my car got compounded by the police and I had no idea how I was going to get it back. But my community came through and helped raise the money to release it. That moment reminded me: even when life hits hard, we don’t have to stay stuck.
This episode is for anyone who’s been triggered, traumatised, or just tired. It’s a reminder that resilience is a skill, especially when you’ve been through hell and back. We’ve got to use what we’ve gained through pain—not let it go to waste.
I talk about:
• How I stayed stagnant for over a year with my podcast
• Why perfection and tech issues can become excuses
• The power in just showing up, speaking, and sharing
• How trauma shapes our survival—and how to turn that survival into strength
It’s time to stop procrastinating. Life’s too short. If you’ve got something to say or something to do, do it. Keep it moving.
Scripture reminder:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” – Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV)
