OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
This is the probably most ironic episode we've done. On the thirteenth episode of ML Backstage, Mars Luna, Joshua Luna (Josh) & Kainalu Kamai (Nalu) talk about the surprise Mars Luna double single "Trapped In Space" that is out now on all streaming platforms and they cover the pros and cons of the social media experience for creatives. Holokahiki Toves (Holo) is out for this episode and the next one since he's currently training for his dream job. Send your prayers, thoughts and positive energy his way. He will be back on the podcast in the summer. They discuss:
- Lost In Space's third year anniversary and the surprise release and breakdown of "Trapped In Space".
- the correlation between social media & creativity, creating for the algorithm or for the love of art.
- the pros & cons of making music (or any kind of art) in the social media era.
- what they think the future of music will look like.
- if would they rather create their own opportunities or go where the opportunities are.
