OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Why does mindset matter so much when you're trying to turn an idea into a successful product?
Stephen Key was rejected by more than 100 times before one company finally said yes to licensing his rotating label invention, Spinformation. That one yes led to a manufacturing partnership, hundreds of millions of labels being sold, major retail exposure, and industry recognition.
In this episode of inventRightTV, Stephen shares the story behind Spinformation and explains why he kept going when company after company rejected his idea. He didn't have all the money, knowledge, connections, or experience he needed when he started. What he did have was the mindset to keep moving forward and figure out each obstacle as it came.
It's one of the lessons behind Stephen's book, "The Power Mindsets." Drawing on decades of experience bringing products to market and helping other people pursue their ideas, Stephen identifies nine mindsets he believes can help you keep moving forward, overcome rejection, and cross the finish line.
