OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Alan “Fletch” Fletcher (Dr Karl Kennedy) says “everything was better” this last time around on Neighbours.
He’s in the bin with Takaya Honda (David Tanaka) and Matty Wilson (Aaron Brennan), talking Karl & Susan Kennedy: why that relationship worked for decades (even with Karl’s… flaws), what the Neighbours finale reveals, and why fatherhood changed the way Fletch approached vulnerability on screen. Plus: a festive singalong for anyone missing Ramsay Street already.
SPOILERS AHEAD: This episode contains spoilers for the Neighbours finale.
In this episode, Fletch, Tak and Matty get into:
- The magic (and chaos) of Karl & Susan Kennedy - flaws, forgiveness, all of it
- “Dr Google” and the wild medical storylines we somehow believed
- Meeting Neighbours fans over the years - and the moments they’ve shared with Fletch in real life
- How having kids shifted Fletch as a person and an actor
- Matty’s childhood trauma: a breakout stage role… as a tree
- Genuinely useful hacks to stay happily married off-screen
- Why your favourite celebs will grab your phone when you ask for a selfie with them
Plus: Producer (Peeping) Tom rummages in the poddy bins to find your dilemmas - and Tak and Matty answer wisely… if loosely. Got a dilemma? Send a voice memo or email to: takandmatty@gmail.com
Bin Night with Tak & Matty is your unofficial Neighbours after-party, where your favourite Ramsay Street couple wheel the bins out, talk trash, and bicker like an old married couple - about the show, the cast, the fans, and what really happens after the credits roll.
