Here’s an overview of his interrogation and key details from the case:Key Details from Todd Kohlhepp’s Interrogation1. Discovery and Arrest
- Police arrested Kohlhepp after Kala Brown, missing since August 2016, was rescued from a locked shipping container on his rural property in Woodruff, South Carolina.
- Brown informed investigators that Kohlhepp had murdered her boyfriend, Charlie Carver, and held her captive.
- During the interrogation, Kohlhepp displayed a disturbing lack of remorse, calmly discussing his crimes as if they were ordinary events.
- His casual attitude about the murders shocked investigators, particularly given the brutal details he revealed.
- Kohlhepp confessed to the 2003 Superbike Motorsports quadruple homicide, a cold case that had baffled authorities for over a decade.
- He explained that he had been humiliated by the shop’s employees when trying to return a motorcycle, prompting him to return with a gun and kill four people.
- Victims: Scott Ponder, Brian Lucas, Chris Sherbert, and Beverly Guy.
- In addition to the Superbike killings, Kohlhepp admitted to murdering Meagan and Johnny Coxie, a couple he hired for odd jobs. He claimed they “disrespected” him and killed them on his property.

- His ability to lead a double life as a respected businessman while committing heinous crimes raised questions about how he avoided suspicion for so long.
