OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
The biggest buzz at the London Marathon this year wasn’t just the racing, it was around Nomio. It’s a performance shot used by athletes like Cole Hocker and Conner Mantz. Nomio is used before their key sessions and races, whether it’s breaking the American Marathon record or getting WC gold in Tokyo. If you want to check it out yourself, it’s at drinknomio.com and if you’re in Australia or New Zealand, you can find it at Aid Station, and over at The Running Company.
