OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
This is a guided meditation to raise your vibration and set the highest possible energy for the day ahead.
In this high-vibration morning reset, I'll walk you through grounding breathwork and powerful affirmations designed to raise your frequency, release old patterns & beliefs weighing you down, and anchor you into the truth that you are a Divine being of light before you step into the world.
This meditation is flexible — use it exactly how it fits your morning:
🌅 Eyes closed, lying in bed as you wake up ☀️ Playing in the background while you shower, make breakfast, or get ready 🧘 As a sit-down practice to center yourself before your day begins
We'll start with a few deep, grounding breaths to bring you fully into the present moment. From there, we'll move into powerful affirmations to reclaim the full truth, power, and Light of your inner being.
By the end, you'll have reconnected with your sense of abundance, clarity, and inner power... ready to move through today from a place of alignment and strength.
