OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Dr. Michele Cohen joins Dr. Stephanie to break down the Master Reset Technique, a specialized upper cervical approach focused on C1 and C2 and how trauma, compensation, and nervous system function shape everything from pain to digestion. They also explore retracing, layers of trauma, and why hands-on care can be a missing piece for people stuck in chronic stress states.
In this episode, Steph and Dr. Michele Cohen discuss why the upper cervical spine matters, how the Master Reset differs from traditional chiropractic care, and what kinds of symptoms can improve when nervous system function is restored. Dr. Cohen also shares how she got into this work, what a visit looks like, and why she wants more doctors learning the technique.
