OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
This week on Further, Clay Baker and Jeremiah Landon join Brenton Grimm to continue the conversation on Haggai. They discuss the temple’s importance to God’s people, how misplaced priorities can lead us to build our own kingdoms instead of God’s, and the difference between living for what is temporary and what is eternal. They also explore God’s discipline, what genuine obedience from the heart looks like, the significance of Zerubbabel as God’s signet ring, and how Haggai ultimately points us to Jesus. The conversation concludes by considering the first faithful step for anyone who realizes their priorities need to change: repent, believe, and return to God.
