OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Amanita Muscaria has a reputation. Most of it is wrong.
In this episode I'm pulling back the curtain on one of the most misunderstood mushrooms out there, and giving you the complete guide I wish had existed when I first started working with this seriously magical mushroom.
We're covering it all:
- How Amanita actually works — it's not a classic psychedelic, it doesn't touch serotonin, and understanding its unique mechanism changes everything about how you approach it
- The real benefits — from chronic pain relief and addiction support to nervous system regulation, anxiety, sleeplessness, and dream work
- How to dose — from microdose to macrodose, what to expect at each level, and how to find what's right for your body
- How to integrate — because what comes up with Amanita deserves time,
- How to approach this medicine with reverence — the mindset and container that make all the difference, integration tips
No fluff, no fear, just everything you need to know to microdose a liquid Amanita Sacrament confidently, safely, and intentionally.
Whether you've been circling this mushroom for years or you're hearing about it for the first time, this episode meets you where you are.
