OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Today, we're looking at Acts 13.
Discussion Questions:
What does Acts 13 show us about the role of the Holy Spirit in guiding God's people?
Paul and Barnabas were rejected by some people but welcomed by others. What does this teach us about how we should respond when someone doesn't want to hear about Jesus?
Prayer Prompt:
Today, let’s pray for missionaries around the world that are bringing the gospel of Jesus to places and peoples who have never heard before. Pray that the Lord would sustain them, encourage them, and bless them and their work.
Unreached of the Day:
Our unreached people group of the day is the Tougourt Berber of Algeria. The Tougourt Berber people lived in the Saharan desert where it is extremely hot and hard to farm. The Tougourt Berbers are often noted for their skills in various crafts, such as weaving, pottery, woodworking and needlework. Without a single Christian follower, the Tougourt Berbers must hear the gospel from outsiders. Pray that God would prepare their hearts with a spiritual hunger for him. Pray that someone would go to tell the Tougort Berbers about Jesus.
