OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Christa Pike remains in critical condition in a Nashville hospital nearly a week after an attempt to execute her for the horrific 1995 murder of Colleen Slemmer went wrong. The botched execution has led to calls for Pike's sentence to be commuted. But the man who oversaw the Slemmer homicide investigation says the real victim in the case is being forgotten: Colleen Slemmer. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy talks with retired Knoxville Police Chief Phil Keith in this episode of Crime Fix — a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.
